Floors were atrocious. Coffee pot had coffee with mold in it. Hair everywhere in the room. Candy stuck to the mattresses. Dirty rag found in the microwave. No remote control for TV. Trash littered everywhere. Pool looked great til you walked up on it. Renovations going on so hopefully everything mentioned will be addressed soon. 2 nights was enough

The room was ok. The bathroom was a nightmare. The shower curtain was torn and the toilet seat had poop on it. There was a TV but you couldn't watch it. The front of the building looked like it was closed. The grass had not been mowed. It seemed like they might have renovated .

No alarm clock, no phone, no towels or washcloths,shower was very uneven in the bottom could be a falling hazard. The floor was vinyl and was sticky and not to clean.

Carpet was nasty. Sheets wasn’t clean . Bathtub wasn’t clean . Metal sticking out of bed scraped leg. Sink wouldn’t drain. No pool.

While staying here, we were unable to get the tv to work. Could not get connected to WiFi which you had to have to watch the tv. The door to the bathroom was broken and terribly hard to shut. The locking mechanism on the door was also broken. Which was alarming.

It was an ok place to rest your head at night.

TV didn't work, microwave didn't work and phone to office was disconnected. Most times if the office wasn't locked so you couldn't get in then there wasn't any staff to be found.

The staff wasn't friendly. They were talking on their personal cell phone the entire time they were checking us in. Then a friend, I'm guessing, came in and he began talking to him as well. The room wasn't that clean. The tub was disgusting. Glad we only stayed 1 night as it was a place holder until our original reservation at Park Tower Inn.

Staff charged our card again after we had done paid thru booking. Young man at desk(night shift) rude. Hair dryer didn't work, no towels in room. Had to walk to laundry area and get it. Handicapp parking for handicapp accessible rooms (not enough)

The facility was quite a mess. Ice machine didn’t work, shower curtain was ripped and yellowed old color pillows were crap I had no blanket on the bed just a thick sheet no toilet paper refill and started with only half a roll, nice hardwood floors but needed swept and mopped, the room was so empty it echoed. They were skids piled up next to the dumper dumpster along with bald up plastic next to the dumpsters stuff piled all over. And the pool and hot tub are out of service. And the continental breakfast provided consisted of dry cereal and milk, nasty coffee, and a waffle dry no butter or syrup. Those were our options.

Of course the cost was good.

We didn't have any wash clothes and couldn't get any. We had to go to the dollar store and buy our own. The TV had only one channel we was able to watch. Every other channel was static... And the beds were hard and pillows was flat...

Everything……there wasn’t any towels in the room and had to ask for them to be given only 3 for the 5 of us. The room was completely destroyed and I’m not sure if they were under construction but there wasn’t enough parking. The bed frame was sticking out and almost tore up my son’s legs
