I wish the staffs interacted more with their clients and be nicer. The hotel I used before that, after the second week of staying with them, I was called by name and welcomed when I came and my routine was known. For the amount of time that I've been going to Ramada, I am very disappointed that every time I come back I have to repeat myself over and over, I do the same check out but yet hotta repeat myself, when I check out, I have to sit there and wait for 5-8ms for my room to be checked before I get my refund. I didn't mind the first time, but I've been going there for over a month and always leave the room clean so there's no reason for me to have to wait that long and even be late for class over check out, that part is the most fustration of it all. If it wasn't for all those issues, I would've rated the hotel a 10

Location is perfect, it's 7ms drive from my school and I don't need to take the free way which makes it perfect. Easy freeway access when I'm ready to go home. Rooms have balcony, great lighting and privacy (heater usually doesn't work though so I bring my own). Breakfast is ok, I just wish it wasn't the same thing every single day or some sausage and eggs would be added.

The staff at the front desk always has an attitude. If you are dealing with customers it is your job to be friendly and welcoming. Not 1 staff I encountered was friendly at all. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN for that very reason. Also homeless people roaming the halls all day everyday digging in trash looking for food also rats outside the doors. I’ll take my chances at Motel 6

I found a plastic bag burn with black stuff on it and my son picked it up and almost put it in his mouth .. then as well when I called front desk 2 days ina row that I needed toilet paper they said they were gonna bring it up an never did .

Their was NO breakfast. The people at the front desk weren’t attentive to go in and restock the breakfast area. They only offered 10 bagels, 2 boxes of cereal, a jug of orange juice and a hand full of apples. What type of breakfast is that? We also had REALLY noise neighbors we paid 220 for one night!!!! I definitely over paid for the service.

The little fitness area was all filthy and not working, it looks like run down a little bit. That was bad.

Staff was very friendly. We were able to get in an hour early and she gave us a new room with a working air condition.

I’m extremely upset. When I walked in to check in nobody was at desk. Security or whoever man was up at a lil desk said she would be back. After waiting for a while she came back sat down and didn’t say anything. Not welcome or sorry for the wait nothing. I reached in my wallet and gave her my id since she wasn’t talking. I asked her if there was ac in the room since the lobby didn’t seem to have ac due to open heat, open doors and all the fans in lobby. She stated yes rooms had ac. I asked are you sure because I take medication and I have to be in a cool setting. She said yes I’m sure. I get to room and turn on the ac. Take my medicine, get ice for my medicine and then lay down. After an hour of waiting the ac never got cold. It’s running but no cold air just like the lobby. I already took my meds and are woozy at this point. I can’t leave or drive. I can’t even walk down to lobby so I call and call lobby and no answer. So I ended up sick and unable to sleep the whole night. Now I’m tired and sick and worried when I drive I’m going to be to exhausted and unable to stay awake. Guest should be made aware that a property doesn’t have ac especially in this weather and especially since I asked twice. This is not cool and I’m extremely upset with my stay.

they take a deposit fee, and I still haven’t received it back. it’s been 5 days!… I was told it would take 1-2 business days. Then I called and asked since it has been longer then 1-2 days. and now been told I have to email the manager!… makes no sense I just want my deposit back.

3rd and 4th floor has poor ac circulation. If running on high you will get the poorest air flow so med or low the ac will be cool but having a fan helps circulation. Our bathroom ventilation fan was not working so it became more humid after showers

Registrar had issues with the computer system. My card kept coming up as declined when there was nothing wrong with us so my friend ended up having to pay for it. The people in front of us took forever for the same reason. Our king size bed had a big wet spot in the middle for some reason. Didn’t notice till went to bed late at night. Hallway smelled like pot. Carpet in our room had stains! We stayed here the year before and didn’t have this issue. Don’t think we will stay here next year due to these reasons. Not worth the price we paid.
