The air conditioners were very noisy. Most likely, they haven't been cleaned in a while, as many from our group, including myself, started experiencing allergies. Turning off the air conditioner provided some relief. However, due to the cold weather, it wasn't possible to keep them off, so many of us had to rely on allergy medication.

Despite the hotel being quite old, the rooms were quiet. The staff was friendly, very attentive, and caring. They changed our rooms without any issues, even though the initial rooms were next to the elevator shaft, and the elevator was very noisy.

Facilities we great, location was good for our purpose (aquatic center) and the room was clean and well appointed. The guy at check in was amazing. Several groups checked in at the same time and he was calm and efficient.

When we were checking in the man working the counter made fun of mine and my husband’s accents. Mocking us to our faces, it was something that took us off guard and made our stay not as carefree.

Property was beautiful, loved that they had a very good restaurant on site.

Once I arrived back home. I realized i might have left some personal items behind. I called the front desk to inquire about a lost and found area, I explained the situation and was told , someone would call me right back after they check with house keeping. No one ever returned my call!!

Extended my stay for a second night because I enjoyed the first night. No housekeeping at all on second day. No fresh linens, beds not straightened up, trash not emptied and extras not restocked.

Beds are to soft. Pillows way to soft. Lighting was great although a night light in bathroom would be helpful. Breakfast??? Should have be included.

The cramped room. No microwave

Room was clean, but very cramped. When it was cleaned they did not replenish the items we had used, but we were charged the same for each night's stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room- super clean Breakfast- We had breakfast outside as we thought it was included in the price. My husband on the 2nd day went to buy the breakfast ticket, but at that time there was no front desk. Bed- super, super comfortable.

Felt like a huge empty convention center and front desk were do unhelpful. I was there for a tragic funeral and theu showed no sign of empathy or interest in me as a vu a customer.

All staff that we met were helpful. The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and worth the cost. Grace was awesome. She always seemed to be working when we need something and she was always responsive, polite, and professional.

It was a good location for the events we went to. A clean comfortable room. The staff was nice. The restaurant, Tony Romas, was fairly priced and the waitress was very nice.

When they remodeled he bathroom, the countertop over the sink was too large for the bathroom door to close easily. It was strange but the door scraped every time it was opened or closed. That said, the shower was very nice.

The location was great! Easy access only a block off the main freeway with LOTS of restaurant options nearby. The bed was also comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.

The rooms were really small. Breakfast was good but a little expensive on the weekends. The bed was comfortable the bedspread was old and used.

I liked that it had a restaurant in the hotel. It helped because we were tired of traveling.
