When I booked the room it said pet friendly and when I got there I got turned down for having my daughters kitty I got for her birthday. Z

A lot of things were out of order and required repairs. For being a wyndham member I would expect more from their establishment.

The room could have been cleaner things were broken and there were people who were definitely using drugs also not a very good place for my dog to go to the bathroom.

The staff was not friendly at all and worried if my car is going to be in one piece when i come out in the morning. There was crumbs on the bed and hair in the “clean” towels

Did not get the room we reserved. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The lampshade was broken. Most of the outlets did not work. It was by 2 (at least) strip clubs. There was no parking in the lighted lot when we came back to the hotel. We had to park in the back lot which was very dark. Had to walk around building in the pouring rain. There was a big truck in the handicapped spot that had no identifying marks to show it was parked there legally.

Desk staff checked us in and out. Best part of the hotel.

I recently became disabled and I booked an accessible room? I need that room type of room! They had none available on my confirmed and paid in advance room? I stopped by 1hr earlier, to hopefully check in early? They had one then, but I had lost my debit card and had to leave? By the time I get back, no more accessible rooms? I caved and accepted another room and they gave me a room on the end of the hall? I have a heart condition, that makes it difficult to walk and stand? I’m very unstable on my feet and I have body tremors!

Counter staff weren't very friendly Sketchy area with some very Sketchy people floating around outside. Advertised as having a computer/conference room,but have none of that. TV remote was confusing.

Main door always closed - staff not present to open it. There is no staff at the reception and you have to wait for like 10 /15 minutes for someone to arrive. Room dirty and smelly! Bathroom dirty too. In Europe Ramada has a reputation but not in the US I see…

The toilet didn't work very well and the hotel was right next to a busy street so it was quite loud. The TV also was skipping and not working most of the time when I tried using it.

The location was nice as well as the breakfast and parking.

Very old worn out room, tiny front parking lot, questionable safety in the larger back parking lot.

In room 116, some of the outlets were not working. The hair dryer blew out when I tried to use it. The area is kinda iffy: a lot of homeless people in the area.. the breakfast should be kept open a little longer.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The staff allowed us to have late check out. I appreciated that each room had a refrigerator and a microwave, which I hadn't noticed on the booking.

old, unclean, rooms and furnishings really falling apart and in need of a major overhaul. carpets in the hallways are smelly. they close breakfast 20 ministers before time and rudely refuse people who show up for it well within mentioned breakfast timings. staff doesn’t understand English well. not easy to converse. not a pleasant experience at all… homelessness all around.

The room was far down the end of a winding hall and the lady at the front desk said the only access was in the front of the building. Come to find out later, you actually can use some of the side doors. The building was extremely hot and humid. One of our beds was very uncomfortable. The rooms are super old and outdated and are still somewhat expensive. There are shady characters that roam all around the hotel, a friend even had things stolen from her truck in the middle of the night - not a good part of town.

My bed was comfortable, I guess my friends bed was very uncomfortable.
