Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It says it has a pool, but they don't. They have a pool that's been closed for years and has no water. I wanted a pool and was excited about that.
It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice, and the TV had good movies.

Rooms need some updating and some new furniture.
Check in was easy. Rooms are kind of outdated, specially the furniture. Breakfast was very good. Hot and cold items specially with a touch of Hispanic food.

The bathtub in room 230 was broken and rusted.
We were traveling from Arizona to East Texas, and this was the perfect spot to stay the night. The location is ideal for arrival into ElPaso, and departure the next day.

Really good breakfast! We travelled in the USA for 2 weeks and that was the best hotel breakfast we had! The hotel is a little bit old like most of the american hotels, but rooms are very comfy and specious and the garden is beautiful.

Bathroom was a bit small.
Beds were comfy. Shower had good water pressure and enough hot water. Best part was the breakfast. Chilaquiles! Not to mention the salsa bar!!

I am tryin my best to think of something i may have not liked. Maybe Ramada can try to have airport shuttle. that would be greatly appreciated.
Everything. The room was fantastic. The staff, especially Mr Patel was very helpful. They went out of their way to help us in a personal matter. Also, they were helpful in telling us about tourism in the city. But what was the cherry on the cake was the outstanding breakfast. So many options.

It's a bit old... rooms furniture look a bit aged now and the sofa did not have neither sheets nor a blanket. No cutlery nor plates at the room.... but I can understand this given the price... it would have been a 10 had we had these things

We had a king bed. One side was firm. The other was very soft. There was a distinct & noticeable difference in height between the 2 sides. My bf had to reach up to hold my hand.
Great price & convenient location. There was a good variety for breakfast. The room had a full kitchenette. The water got really hot in the shower & the pressure was good.

The sofa bed could be more comfortable due to the mattress springs.
Comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast had a nice selection. The staff was very nice and welcoming . Great location off I-10 and wasn't able to hear highway traffic.

The shower hot water still kept going hot and cold, and our sink hot and cold sides were reversed and it was hard to get the sink to dispense really hot water.
This was the second time we stayed here in the same 8-day period. This time we snagged a much better room that had USB outlets and the toilet flush worked just fine. The breakfast, as before, was just amazing, with a lot of variety and hot selections including eggs, potatoes, fix-your-own breakfast burritos and even what looked like enchiladas. There was also french toast or (already baked) waffles.

The breakfast was horrible. It was very over crowded, no where to sit, and filled with so many people there was no room to hardly even walk. The attendant refilling the breakfast bins was not friendly and had a very sour face (not sure if out of frustration or naturally) she was not accommodating in anyway. When the food had ran out the only items she replaced were the 1/4 size waffles = 2 whole one's at a time and 4-5 biscuits.

The carpet in the room needs to be stretched (safety issue); Might want to add anti-slippery strips in the bathtub.
It was clean, roomy and it has a kitchenette. The beds and bedding comfortable. The location is just off the highway. There was hot breakfast and it was plentiful. The check in was quick.
