You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere was no trash can in the room becides in the bathroom I had no phone in my room no many plug-ins like most hotels one of the pools were closed the first night afternoon desk people were not friendly when booking I stated I may check in early it said they would try their best we did not get in early but the worst part was we couldn’t even check in at 4 at regular check in so had to leave again and was told we would be called when ready in fact we were not so we called around 6 and was told our room had just got ready

There was a bar fight that broke out, they had numerous teenagers being loud and wild aimlessly wondering the halls at all hours of the night despite having security patrol. The hallways wreaked of weed smoke and they had to break up a party of about 30 teenage to early 20 year olds

United States of AmericaNot long after we checked into the room we realized that the toilet was leaking onto the floor from where it wasn't sealed along the floor. That happened every time it was flushed. I called the front desk and they said they would send maintenance up. I stayed in the room while everyone else went to the pool. I waited over an hour until maintenance showed up. After looking at it, maintenance told me that he was going to see if he could get us another room because it was going to take awhile to fix it. So, I waited in case I needed to switch rooms. Probably after 45 minutes to an hour goes by and I heard nothing. I then called the front desk again to ask them about it. They informed me that there was no other room and maintenance was going to have to fix it. So, it was somewhat fixed. We also had problems with the heater cover. It wouldn't stay on at all. Kept falling off. And one of the biggest problems was that it was freezing when you got out of the pool.
The location right off the interstate was wonderful. We also liked the fact that it had a pool.

United States of AmericaThis Ramada has an indoor waterpark. This is the reason we stayed. The main slides were under construction (we knew that), BUT the hot tube was not hot and the bubbles did not work. The lap pool was freezing. It was not enjoyable. I would have liked my money back or some sort of compensation at our next Ramada stay.
Location is great. Room was ok. Staff was good.

United States of AmericaThe property smelled. Strong chlorine (understandable), mixed with fragrance trying to cover up cigarette smoke, and smell of weed in hallways. We didn't realize it was a large pool destination for families, so there were lots of kids running up and down the hallways talking and screaming. Fortunately the pool closed at 11pm so the noise died down after that.

The tiki bar in the pool area was closed sat there while workers came in and out and didn't say a word. The smaller pool was dirty water warm and cloudy.... The game room games would take ur money off the card and the games still didn't work .

United States of AmericaThe walls and ceilings were dirty. Walls by the bed had something splattered on it. The floor was damp. The pocket door to our bathroom was broken and would not slid to close or open the bathroom door. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold on it.
The pool area was cool even though we did not have the kids with us.

United States of AmericaI don't feel like our room was overly clean. There's were stains on the bedding. The floor boards had something on it pretty much all the way around the room. I also felt like the pool areas weren't as clean as well. Lots of staining on the pool and hot tub sides. The bigger pool had random sand on the bottom in multiple areas.
We liked the idea of having another option for hotels with Waterparks.

United States of AmericaI received a message the night before we checked in stating that check in was at 4:00, but the pool would be open at 1:00. When we arrived the pool was not open. There was only one young girl working the desk and she didn’t know why the pool couldn’t be opened. She called for the manager several times and he never came. I felt horrible for this young worker. I was also frustrated that we had to wait for the pool to open. I called the 800 number and that person couldn’t even find my reservation. I couldn’t understand him. He put me on hold several times and he never did come back on the line. I just hung up. I am disappointed in the lack of management but not in the young employee who was trying to resolve a situation that she had no control over.

United States of Americawater slides didn’t work, I didn’t know about it until I got an email the day we were to arrive. the jets on the hot tub didn’t work and there were more lifeguards then patrons and they just followed our adult kids around asking if they were old enough to be in the hot tub, and the younger kids were glared at because the one lifeguard didn’t think she should be in the 3-4 foot deep pool, even though one of our party was in with her and is a lifeguard at our local pool.

United States of AmericaNight desk staff was extremely rude! We had a suite with a sleeper sofa and it was broken, had no needing, and when we asked for bedding, we were told there were none. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and the lock was broken so no privacy, but luckily I was with my family. Instead of apologizing sincerely, excuses were made. The pool was pretty good but overall needed some upkeep. This hotel in general needs major renovations or the price to be significantly lowered.
