We had an outlet that didn’t work and the fixed it immediately. So pleased at the prompt response.
The location is very central to the whole area. Clean rooms with many improvements since last year. Beautiful property and view of the marina. The tiki bar restaurant is very good as well. Nice variety. We were very happy with the stay.

No hot tub. Our bathroom had no ventilation sliders were old and difficult to open and close. The bar for additional security was installed incorrectly

The hotel is decent with an amazing view if you are on the water side. The lobby has brand new furniture and is lovely. Hot coffee delicious. Staff very friendly! The outdoor restaurant and bar is clearly the draw and for good reason! Live music on a Friday night. Great drinks and actually great food. Wait staff hustling and friendly! Rooms are just older and really need a facelift. Doing the best they can with outdated facilities. Bonus - there is the biggest tv we have ever seen in a hotel room in probably every room. Wow!

Remove the tub and replace with walk-in shower. The seal around the door was gapped with light coming through and additional sound. TV was over sized
Breakfast was excellent. Workers were very friendly and helpful. Room on water front worked well. Street would have been too noisy. Commenting on the room, I would recommend removing the tub and replace walk-in shower. And, replace the seal around the door for better sound proofing. The view of the water and boats was excellent. And, having the very good restaurant and staff with entertainment all within a few steps was excellent.

The only place to get food on site had extremely slow service regardless of how crowded it was. It took over an hour to get a BLT sandwich one day and 45 minutes to get my clam chowder on another - neither day was crowded. It was nice not to have to drive to a restaurant but the kitchen needs to be updated.
Great location on the waterfront - we could see manatees and watch the boats being lifted into the water. Central location close to attractions, Lido and Siesta Key beaches, Ringling compound and good restaurants. Nice hot breakfast every morning. Seats and picnic tables near the rooms are perfect to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather.

When we had an odor in the bathroom as if someone used it, it was coming from the vent. I also smelled Marijuana coming from this vent . We complained and nothing was done about it.

Unfriendly, unwelcoming and unwilling to accommodating staff, worse customer treatment I have ever experienced. Customer service needs serious improvement. Cleanness of the property was an issue and not only because of interior remodeling - windows had dirty stains on them in the breakfast area.

Wasn’t very quiet at night time although it was grand. No Wi-Fi I. Restaurant which was inconvenient as I was travelling alone and needed to do some work.
hotel is beautiful, very clean and beds are very comfortable. All of the staff at the hotel and on the front desk (the Manager and Assistant Manager) were all very accommodating and definitely provided high standards of professionalism - Carmen, Lynn, Shaina and Randy in maintenance were all very helpful and friendly. I had an issue with the hot water in my room and they couldn’t have done more to have it fixed swiftly and I was offered an upgrade. The only negative was the staff at the Tilkki bar, mostly rude and one girl actually ate the head of me when I asked for a loan of a bottle opener for 5 minutes. Some re training needs to be done with the Tikki bar staff as they all come across fairly unfriendly and in bad form!! I will return to the hotel! The breakfast was the same every morning - need to change it up a bit and more fruits.
