Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Sad to see the bar wasn't open but there were many restaurants in the area. It would have been nice not to have to go out after a long day shopping haha.
Location and staff. Beds were very comfy. Good breakfast and live the coffee.

I was charged 225 on top of my booking.com.rate.
Staff was amazing beds nice and it was peaceful as I have to sleep during the day.

Breakfast is very basic - it's quite typical American, but it's not great for Europeans. Bagels, toasts, only scrambled egss (dry), milk/cereal, pancaces with syrup. Some fruits - apple, banana. No vegetables, no ham or cheese or anything else.
Room was spacious, nice view. Beds were comfy. It was clean. Parking is easily available.

The beds weren’t as comfy as I’d hoped. The pillows were great. The towels and sheets lovely.
Good parking, quiet room, nice breakfast and the breakfast room. Staff was all fabulous.

When I am away from home I expect someone else to make mt bed. Housekeeping only scheduled on 3rd day of stay. I don't need daily cleaning , but I expect to have my bed made. I would have liked breakfast hours to be a little longer. Maybe end at 9:30 instead of 9:00.
Location was excellent. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very pleased with back lawn.

Breakfast hours are limited only between 6:30 and 9 am even when the hotel was fully booked making it hard to get breakfast. Asked for turn down service on day 3 of our 4 night stay and no one came even after making our room overflow with trash. The bathroom is too tight making it dangerous for falls and the door would get stuck making it easy to get locked in. Elevators sound like they are going to break down at any second. The mattresses are really old and need to be replaced but I have stayed at more uncomfortable places. The bar was open for us only because of the solar eclipse that was taking place but usually the bar is closed Sunday through Thursday meaning it would have been closed almost the whole stay which would have made me very unhappy if that had happened.
The food tasted great and everyone was super friendly. The room was clean. The price was a great value for the area.

I didn't have high expectations based on the reviews, but I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. It's adjacent to a number of useful places like a shopping mall, a huge supermarket, Walmart, Target, and decent food options. The hotel itself has a nice bar. Excellent place overall. I would happily stay there again!

Hallways are a little dark, some things could be updated.
Breakfast was a nice plus. Location was great, we came for the eclipse, watched from the parking lot. Enjoyed ourselves.

Good and cheap stay. Nothing fancy, property is on the outdated side, but we only needed to stay the night as we were visiting from Ottawa. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was quite newly finished and staff was friendly.

Little outdated on the inside in the halls but rooms were nice.
Check in and check out were both really fast being both under two minutes at max. Bed was soft and comfortable.

The guests across the hallway from us were loud leaving their room door open for extended periods and shouting constantly in and out of the room every few minutes and shouting in the hallways until 2 AM. At one point Popping balloons at 1:30 AM in the hallway.

Ramada told us there was a pool at this location so we booked. Upon arrival found out it was an outdoor pool and it’s the middle of the Winter. My son was very disappointed. Last time I stay at ramada.
