The room had a few flaws, bath lamp didn't work, ceiling was stained over bed. and refrigerator didn't work. I reported this on checkout. Also only one ice maker working way in the front of hotel.

Breakfast was decent and I had lost my ear bud in the room after checkout and they mailed it to me at my expense. Very kind of them.

Nothing to complain about.

Room was very clean and spacious, my husband and I together with our two grandsons enjoyed a good meal, in a very friendly environment at the restaurant. The continental breakfast was sufficient to keep us going.

The mattress was hard. I felt like I was sleeping on the box the mattress came in! This place is so close to being a hotel I would recommend for something other than price and location.

Poor selection. Had to ask if there was yogurt. It seemed like the bare minimum was served.

I think while clean (not a fan of carpeting for cleanliness) the facility was getting pretty “long in the tooth” and really needs an update! Especially bathroom facilities and flooring - no carpet! Also the heating/air/c unit was very noisy! The pictures on the walls were great! Nicely done! The breakfast was ok but not great……😒

The pictures used in booking.com and also on the website were misleading about the breakfast. They showed pictures of this big layout of breakfast items. When we went down for breakfast there weren't half the things in the photo. Really disappointed. I don't think we will return to this hotel the first pic is of the actual breakfast bar. The other pic I sent is of the picture on the website.

Toilet was too low on the floor. No eggs and meat for breakfast. I don't eat wheat or anything made with gluten.

It was close to a travel center. The shower was great. The beds were very comfortable. Being in the courtyard cutdown on the noise from the interstate.

The person behind the desk at check in was unfriendly and, in our opinion, inappropriately dressed for a business situation.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night while traveling. We wanted a clean, quiet place to sleep with a comfortable bed and a good shower. This hotel checked all of those boxes. It isn't fancy. It isn't updated. But it was the perfect place for a quick stay.

Conveniently located near the highway. Was looking for a cheap place to stay the night as we continued on a cross country drive and this place delivered! We arrived at 12:30a and were greeted by a friendly front desk employee. Our room must have been recently renovated as it didn’t have carpet (which I loved!). Free continental breakfast was okay, not terrible, not great but my children enjoyed the selections. My teen found the coffee to be sufficient but my husband and I appreciated that there was a Starbucks nearby.

Ice machine was completely out of ice and breakfast choices weren't what I was expecting. Very convenient to interstate fast food and fueling stations

Breakfast was just "adequate".

Room was better than I expected, and very pleasing. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing than expected based on a single review I read on the facility. I liked the price of the accommodation, and that was my primary incentive for selecting Ramada over the numerous competitors in the area. Staff was friendly, respectful and helpful.

TV remote had no back, so didn't work. Heater/A/C was low, med or high, no thermostat to regulate a constant temp.

Place was clean. Bed was comfy. Price was good.

The room had a stale smell in it. The customer service rep at check in was less than personable. Sorry I had to bother her to get a room key. She did her job according to the script but with a mundane tone.
