A lot of hotel guests host parties (sleepovers or birthdays for kids) and they are letting people in the back doors in groups--the kids were running and screaming down the halls at 3am. Our key did not always work when coming in the building, this was a little concerning if I needed to make an urgent entry to avoid danger, it wasn't going to happen--good thing I had my dogs just in case.

The pool is always a hit with our kids. We love that this is a pet friendly hotel and we can easily take our dogs outside for potty breaks. The hotel staff is always very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. The pet rooms are laminate floors and we have always arrived to a clean room with no pet smells. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

The room I booked was not the room we got… it was decent enough though but needed some tlc in that particular room. It didn’t look like what the online pictures advertised.

We liked the pool area. It was very fun for the kids.

Our main issue was with the wifi we were never able to connect. We wanted to go back to the room after swimming and relax and use our devices for light browsing and never could connect. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful though. I lived in Bismarck for over 20 years and this location (formerly the raddison) was a top location and now has gone downhill significantly. Im hoping they are still updating and it will return to its former glory lol.

I am assuming this location is in the process of updating. The room was clean and had new flooring. We went down to breakfast and the waiter was awesome as well as the gentleman that checked us in. 5 stars for the employees!

Seemed kinda of old. Smelt Marijuana in the hall. Long walk to the room from where we were suggested to park.

Rooms could be updated, for example the curtains had holes in them.

The rooms are a bit outdated however they were clean and comfortable.

Kind of confusing to get around and cop guarding outside is never a good sign. Receptionist told us the wrong way to our room and we were supposed to be have a room with a balcony. We were on the first floor, weren't even close to the pool and it was a Wed night so there were a lot of rooms with a balcony available I'm sure around the pool bc of limited activity. Slippery around the pool. Needs breakfast option for the price. Had to spend $20+ at chic FIL across the way. Had to track down the front desk to check out early before 8. Almost left and just call.

The rooms were clean and roomy. No character in hotel for being in North Dakota. The pool was refreshing and wonderful. Liked the late hours for the pool and huge slide the kids loved. Thank you. Also on has an arcade but we ran out of time.

The website said there was room service but when I called for room service, I was told it wasn’t offered and not given any suggestions from the front desk.

Room was VERY spacious and the bed was comfortable. AC was great. The toiletries were solid. The hotel was quiet and I appreciated that.

Our fridge wasn't plugged in or microwave, we had to move the whole dresser and table to reach the outlet. We ended up leaving some airpods which has a tracker, they kept saying nothing was there & a couple pillows but the house keeping didn't turn them in only 1 pillow. A family member left a beaded medallion from his dead father and house keeping didn't turn it in. House keeping sucks!

I couldn’t do a late checkout which was odd, I just needed an hour longer. The staff seemed frustrated and busy with other matters so when it came to helping me they were annoyed almost. Carpets dirty and the bathroom was pretty dirty.

Our room was not ready as promised at noon as promised. The air didn't work. 74 was to hot. It tried to cool then stopped. A almost totally used roll of toilet paper. No spare. Had to use the lobby bathroom when I checked out. Blank look by 3 staff members not even a sorry
