You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaIt would have been nice to have 2 chairs in the room. However, given the set-up there wasn't a lot of space and we moved the adirondack chair inside as needed.
We loved the Red Agave Resort. The view of Bell Rock was amazing, the facilities and pool area were very nice and the room was well appointed and had everything that we needed. The staff were helpful and the smores provided for the campfire were a nice treat. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

It's not often I'd write a review staying don't stay anywhere else - but that's my advice. The location and view from the Red Agave is speculator. From the warm outdoor pool or two hot tubs you can gaze at the breathtaking mountains all around. Room is super well equipped for catering. There's a BBQ to use and a fire pit to gather. Even a free Smore to toast.

Red Agave Resort was a 10 in every way. Easy check-in/out, kind people, comfortable, clean, the VIEW, location, everything was perfect. Loved being able to walk right out to a trail system from my room. Loved the birds in the morning. The bonfire and s'mores were such a nice way to end a long day of hiking. I really loved everything about it.

Great location and wonderful staff. The Hot tubs were nice and hot and amazing even in December. So amazing to soak in the hot tub and look at the stars at night. They kept the pool warm also. People were swimming in it although we did not. It’s a remodeled “resort” with a Mid-Century vibe. We liked having an outdoor grill and kitchen to cook. The view from the property is lovely.
