Staff was extremely rude and dome aggressive for no reason. I felt as if they were only treating us poorly by whatever judgment they had made on the way we looked bc i witnessed them treating other customers very differently and i cannot imagine why we were treated poorly. We were low maintenance customers who weren't bothering anyone or breaking any rules... it was the only unpleasant party of the stay besides being over charged when we were wanting to stay longer and they refused to give us a weekly rate when they clearly gave it to someone else in the same position as us. When we asked why they wouldn't consider us for weekly rate they told us to go to another motel if we did not like it.

They did not take the Card I used to reserve the reservation .Check in Guy was gruff and abrupt. Hard floor coverings needed mopping and no rack to hold Suitcase. Overall Poor and I am not a big complainer usually

After hours of traveling my one desire was to take a long hot bath.... Only to find a bathtub that hadn't been cleaned. There was paper in the drain and residue on the back and side of the tub. This made me wonder if the bathroom had been cleaned at all so I was grossed out from that the whole time. I was also disappointed they didn't have Roku or fire stick to access YouTube or to be able to cast... No coffee or way to make coffee... The guy at the front desk I believe was the owner was just rude... I left the first morning and when I came back my key card didn't work. When I told him he activated it and yelled "don't keep it by your phone, that's why!" But I didn't even have it by my phone. When I spend money with people I expect them to at least be nice...

The floor didn't look like it was vacuumed in awhile. The top blanket the bed had cigarette burn holes in it. My pillow cases didn't look like they were changed in awhile. I always bring my own blanket and pillow so I didn't complain. Plus time of night I got there

the exterminator must of just came . There are a couple critters but we also live in florida. Everything worked well tv air and locks on doors .Shower had good hot water . beds are good in the newer rooms

There was a roach on the bed and the blanket had brown stains. There is no assigned parking eventhough there were numbers assigned to each unit.

I liked that I gave them a check in time and they accommodated; also I didn't get charged until I got there.

The property was clean and quite. The owner however, should not be in the service industry. One night, the room was $135, gave him $140 cash. Got back to room and realized I did not get $5 change. When I spoke wth the owner, told me to get off his property. As I was leaving the window, the gentleman asked the owner if he gave him his ID back. The owner did not take 1 second to look, but proceeded to scream at the customer again, telling him to get off the property or he was calling the cops. I stayed at this property for over a week and the price ranged from $75 a night to $219 a night for the same room, same service. Made me realize why never more than 6 cars in the lot.
