You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere was no safety bar on the door, and the deadbolt plate was gone. I was ok with the bar, but noticed the plate missing on our check out. So the deadbolt was just hitting the wood of the door jam.
The location was great, restaurants, shopping all really close by and close to the venue we were attending for the weekend.

United States of AmericaI was woken up at 3:30 AM by a drunk man who was beating on my door and trying to get into my room. This continued for well over an hour and I was forced to call the police to handle the situation. I was on a work trip and was exhausted the entire next day because of this. It was a horrible experience and I will never book here again.
It was an ok location, but not what I expected from the way it was advertised…

United States of AmericaI was told when booking the room it was going to be 2 queen beds, which was not true the beds are more like 3/4 beds. I was told that there was free breakfast involved with my stay. That was also a lie because there was no where in the motel to have breakfast, there wasn’t even a coffee machine in the lobby. Housekeeping wasn’t a thing no one came me cleaned the sheets during the day or take the garbage. The one time house keeping did come, it was at 5:30 in the morning.

Also after telling them what towels I did see in there and that I didn’t make a big deal of it because I carry my own towels, wash cloths and even blankets. I also carry disinfectant spray and wipes!! They never apologized and told me I should have reported it in a aggressive tone
