The noise of the neighbors all time of the night couldn’t sleep the room had a strong odor I wasn’t comfortable the cleaning staff wasn’t friendly not recommend

The ice machine was dirty, the vending machines were Broken, they didn’t have utensils, there were no fitted sheets for the bed just a top sheet, some of the outlets did not work, there was no mini fridge.

There was no safety bar on the door, and the deadbolt plate was gone. I was ok with the bar, but noticed the plate missing on our check out. So the deadbolt was just hitting the wood of the door jam.

The location was great, restaurants, shopping all really close by and close to the venue we were attending for the weekend.

Location was great and it was an easy check-in/ check- out process. The amenities supplied were just what we needed.

The room was not horrible but lacked the icing on the cake. Rusty vanity. Dust in every corner. I remember when my kids were little our stay at those little Motel/hotels in our travels were nice. Nowadays always a disappointment.

The shower was so gross looking I didn’t even want to take a shower. My room key got deactivated randomly. It could have been a lot cleaner.

Hallway way too hot. Room was OK. Cobwebs... lots on the corner and couldn't miss them. Couldn't adjust the clock because it was the wrong time because the tool the knob off. The shower is like 60's and funky.

no breakfast - not even coffee in the lobby. derelict property: needs caulk, paint, a kluged together cook top looked frightening to use, torn shower curtain and spots on the blanket, inadequate room lighting, and I will need message and chiropractic care to recover from the mattress. if nothing else - get new mattresses! also would have loved to open the windows - but no screens

loved the weight of the comforter, abundant air conditioning, strength of the shower, ample room to unpack, it was basically clean - no bugs of any kind

I was woken up at 3:30 AM by a drunk man who was beating on my door and trying to get into my room. This continued for well over an hour and I was forced to call the police to handle the situation. I was on a work trip and was exhausted the entire next day because of this. It was a horrible experience and I will never book here again.

I was told when booking the room it was going to be 2 queen beds, which was not true the beds are more like 3/4 beds. I was told that there was free breakfast involved with my stay. That was also a lie because there was no where in the motel to have breakfast, there wasn’t even a coffee machine in the lobby. Housekeeping wasn’t a thing no one came me cleaned the sheets during the day or take the garbage. The one time house keeping did come, it was at 5:30 in the morning.

the owners accusing me of stealing towels after I repeatedly mentioned I brought my own!! Also after telling them what towels I did see in there and that I didn’t make a big deal of it because I carry my own towels, wash cloths and even blankets. I also carry disinfectant spray and wipes!! They never apologized and told me I should have reported it in a aggressive tone
