Bathroom( The fan was not working and looked like it hadn't been working for some time.) When you showered everything steamed up in the bathroom and when you opened the door it filled up the entire room, you had to open the window to the room to let everything out. Hair drier was broken and even though their was another drier in the room it should be working or taken out. The shower, what an experience, like being sprayed with a fire hose and no way to adjust it.

Location is perfect for medical services unavailable where we live. Grab and Go Breakfast is nice. I would suggest less sugary items, but we appreciated the protein and juice. Coffee station was a lifesaver.

The room has a strange smell and makes me feel uncomfortable. The room wasn’t cleaned everyday. And the most important, the ice cream I bought from the front desk is definitely just piece of frozen ice! Bad to eat!

The parking in the daytime was terrible. I have a lung problem and can’t walked very far. It was a bad deal when I came back from my dr appt and couldn’t unload my stuff in front of my room.

Lovely room, spacious and clean. I liked the bagged breakfast, convenient to eat in room or take with you. A few more toiletries in bathroom would have been nice.

The entrance way hallways floor to my room was sticky, and then, I could clearly hear people in other rooms from the hallway. The design of the building and how there are separate entrances with awkward to use key card slots to get indoors just seemed a little unsafe to me as a solo traveler. It looks old, and it’s not really a place I’d want to bring a friend back to at the end of a work day.

The hotel is in a great location. And, the water pressure in my room was amazing. I could almost say I’d go back for that reason alone. I found the bed soft and comfortable.

We had requested the room that we usually stay in are were told by the front desk that we could have that room. When we arrived at the hotel our room had been given to someone else. That was a little disappointing as we made a few phone calls to organize that.

Luggage cart had a flat tire and there was only one for the entire property. It wasn’t available at checkout. Full breakfast was not available- you have to go to front desk to get a “breakfast bag.”

Great location off of 405. Food and gas available nearby. On-site parking available free of charge. Room was very clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. Nice and quiet place to relax in the hustle and bustle.

The floors in the corridors were dirty and there was no standard housekeeping, you needed to request this daily at reception if you wanted it. We had to get rid of our own rubbish, our dirty towels were also not collected. The older lady at reception who works mornings was not friendly at all, the younger lady who works afternoons / evenings was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was grab ‘n go, it was OK but not great.

The pool was great and there was ample parking for a reasonable price ($10 per day).

The property needs to be updated, painted, and repaired. The glass entry door was broken, the trim inside and out needs to be painted, and the pool decks should be power washed. It made the whole place feel old and tired.

Several things-- There was no real breakfast only a bag with small yogurt and fruit and you had to ask for it. I was sent an email or text right before I arrived saying no restaurant or breakfast served even though it is mentioned on the website. I was offered a coupon when asked but they ran out and the manager was not there. It was to go to the next door hotel but that breakfast menu was very pricey (I checked) and I did not enough time since I was attending a conference. Also, did NOT like paying $10 per day for parking. The hotel lot was only half full. We were there for a 2 night stay.
