Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It seems to be a motel that has been turned into a hotel. No elevator.
Convenient location, staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean and the room size was good. There was pickle ball, putt putt, and pool. The breakfast was very good.

The hot tub was a bit disappointing. The jets were all out of whack....not relaxing at all.

The breakfast was not very good. I feel like that seating area could use a face lift and you guys could really be an elite hotel. We also didn’t like that our room wasn’t cleaned. The maid assumed we didn’t need it and never knocked on the door. The shower towels also need to be updated some were stained and they were so thin.
The room was clean and did the job. We liked the pet friendliness of it.

Bookings website messed me up and scheduled me for the wrong dates, so I got double charged. Recommend the hotel but call and book your reservation over the phone directly.

My room had a view of the inside hotel instead of the outside.

I loved the heat of the hot tub but the jets just bubble water right up over your head so it was not really relaxing. That was the only issues that we had all weekend.
Everything was GREAT. The room was nice and clean and comfortable and the beds were comfortable as well. We really enjoyed our time there. Our kids loved the pool and stayed in there most of the time. All members of the staff that we communicated with over the 2 days were super great as well. Very friendly and happy to help.

There is a little age to the rooms but everything is kept up well. Nothing real to complain about.

I didn't love the price. It was twice as much as a hotel the night before with similar amenities.
We loved the breakfast. They were very nice to accommodate an early check in for both rooms. A life saver to have a place to nap after a long night of travel.

Our room was not at all as pictured. This was day 8 for us on a road trip and this room was by far the smallest we encountered. The price was a little high for the size of room we got. The bathroom door was hard to open because it would hit the toilet every time. And our fridge did not work and stunk. They replaced it the next day with another, though that one had all the door rails broken and wasn't great either, but it ran!
This hotel had a lot of great activities such as miniature golf, pickleball, basketball court, and an indoor/outdoor pool as well as a pool table inside. The kids loved the pool!. For breakfast you get tickets and there were hot options like sausage and eggs as well as cereal and waffles. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had a broken fridge. Location was pretty central.

The mini fridge in my room was broken , the door wouldn’t close and was making sounds all night. Sheets were a little rough.
Very friendly staff, great family amenities (pool, mini golf, pickle ball courts). Easy to find and a great value.
