Breakfast was not refilled. We reached for breakfast around 8 o’clock milk , bread etc all were finished and reception told us they wonot refill

Water temp in shower was barely tepid, never got hot. TV didn't work. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Bed was creaky, air conditioner was noisy. A very poor value for the high price of the rooms.

Toilet didn't flush correctly.Reported it before 9am Saturday no one showed up before I left at 11:15.I came back after 3pm and reported it again.After being cleared stopped working correctly in the evening.Other guests got food that smelled up my room bad.I smelled cigarette smoke regularly.

Price.Easy access to freeway.Breakfast.

Staff was unhelpful at best, and rude at worst. The guy at the front desk repeatedly belched while talking to me — gross. The room wasn’t ready until 7:30pm even though the staff told me that it would be “ready in half an hour”, and then just “5 more minutes”, over and over. And they never apologized for any inconvenience. The location is sketchy and made me worry my car might get broken into. Room was ok but smelled like lots of cleaner had been used to get smoke out of the linens. Very sad breakfast. White bread, cereal, and terrible coffee. Ice machine didn’t produce any ice.

booked on line and attracted to property by price and brand.. was disappointed when arrived. this is a converted Motel 6 located several miles out of Butte. No food service outside of a limited unkept small room for breakfast. off site options were limited to a small casino, McDonalds& Subway. No desk clerk to greet you when checking in and no bell to alert staff that you were there to check in. Someone showed up after several minutes and sent us to a room that had not been made up from the previous tenant. we were then given another room by a barefooted staff member dressed in sweat pants & a sweatshirt.. The corridors leading to the rooms needed vacuuming with more than one pile of room wast to be picked up.

Not clean. Halls and stairways hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. Smelled smoky and dirty. Our room had a very bad leak from ceiling by the window when it rained. Not just dripping, but steady stream of water. Had to use all our towels to shop up the water on the floor.

We stood at the front desk for quite some time without being helped. The hallways and room smelled like weed, curry, and cigarettes. At checkout there again were no staff present. There was hair in the tub/shower. No fridge/coffee maker

upon checking in one checks your ID, no one knows how long you are staying or what room you have booked. was set for two days and housekeeping came in the door as if I had checked out. must be some disconnect somewhere but overall comfy place!

Confusion on booking bad stormy night however the manager gave us the room and we paid cash. He promised it would be reimbursed if there was a double payment???

We had 2 beds 1 was comfortable 1 WAS NOT. From the looks 1 was much thicker than the other and definitely felt that way.

Breakfast could be a lot better without having to be overdone either. the check in staff was not professional. Mumbling things about a merger & wearing what appeared to be a satanic t shirt. Clean & simple rooms with a mini fridge.

Breakfast was very simple. Waffles & Bagels. Rooms were clean. Some of the fabrics were worn. Very simple overnight stop type of place. Next to major truck stop so it is close to fuel & subway/Mcdonalds & Interstate. Lots of Trucks nearby at truckstop of course.

The place is located in a construction site near a gas station and it felt pretty shady... The toilet had urine stains and was dirty prior to any use. The floors were visibly dirty with sticky spots. It was overall dirty and smelly.

No wifi for much of the evening, TV remote not working, they were cleaning rooms as they need them, generally grubby. We had staff in our rooms a lot.

It took a long time to check in. First there was no one at the front desk. When he got there he was slow. We didn't have towels, and it took over an hour to get them. The clientel were a bit shady, as were some of the workers. We left a personal pillow behind (our fault). We called and he said he had it and would keep it for us. When we came back a week later (again no one at front desk) we couldn't find it. He was not there, and the pillow was locked in his office. Lost pillow. Lost time.

The rooms were clean.
