I have a hard time believing that by 6pm they didn’t have fresh towels available (finally got 2 about 8pm; per lady working front desk it was the only 2 available). We asked for only fresh towels when we left at 7:30am.

The staff was very vague with how to get to my room. The staff wasn't very friendly. The room needed repairs. The breakfast selection sucked.

The location for my 7.5 hour drive.The rate was cheap for a quick stop.

There was water coming down the bathrooms walls from above. We informed the front desk. The microwave was not clean. The ice bucket contained a couple inches of water. There was a light bulb missing from the desk lamp.

Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was right where we wanted to be for the eclipse.

I was extremely disappointed in the breakfast. There was no juice of any kind nor fruit. Someone should have gone to grocery store and buy juice

Immediately upon arrival to our room I checked over everything and found big crumbs of food all over the desk, microwave, fridge, and desk chair. No mattress protectors, stains on mattress and pillows. As well as food crumbs in the fridge there were also spills. It honestly just looks like the housekeepers aren’t keeping up on their end of their job.

I like the location but that’s about it :/ It was a comfortable stay I suppose. Felt rather sketchy.

The key cards didn't work half the time. The room smelled like smoke. Stains on the bed. We had no remote for the TV nore a do not disturb sign

Toilet kept getting clogged and front desk never came to fix it. I had asked for a plunger and desk clerk communicated to me how she lent it to another guest. I can go on, but don’t have the energy to do so.

I had been frequenting this establishment for years and it was awesome. Now, I guess since new owners took over they do not know how maintain or do not want to hire outside help other than family members.

The flooring is nasty... the bathrooms are run-down and to use the elevator, you go outside before you can go inside to your room.

I practically live in hotels... this was okay, but I've stayed in better, more updated hotels. I've stayed in Baymonts several times, and this is the most run-down where I have stayed.

Has no toilet paper or tissues, phone did not work, no paper or pens to write with, the Dove dispensers were not clean, beds are to high and breakfast needs a few more hot items. Also the elevator got something spilled on floor making it sticky and even though we reported it we found it still sticky in the morning.

 The shower was a bit run down and the towel rack was missing the chair was dated, etc. If you are just looking for a late night sleep and leave in the morning, it is perfectly sufficient. But I would not do more beyond that.

The front desk clerk was friendly, and the beds were perfectly clean and comfortable. it did have a miniature refrigerator.

I did not like the fact that my room is dirty cobwebs blood on the wall trash under the bed. The air conditioning need a buzzing sound that was annoying I was on the first floor and it felt like the second floor is going to cave in anytime anyone walked upstairs! The breakfast was well it was like a gas station they opened little packets of donuts watered down sausage gravy and hard biscuits steel cereal and the image took the label off the orange juice so if you didn't know they had it you would never push the button! They should just do a continental and make it simple I guess you can't get much more simpler than what they offered though! When I went to check out after spending 4 days there the guy just said can I have your room key I gave it to him there was no thank you for staying with us hope you come back hope you enjoyed your stay! In fact I was disappointed because later that afternoon my cousin came to pick up my fan that I keep at her house I come to Ohio four times a year this is my first stay there at this hotel she always picks the fan up the same day after I check out when she arrived they said they didn't have it and they don't know what happened to it there's cameras all over the lobby so when I gave the fan to the front desk manager! He said set it right in front of the office door and he would get it in a couple minutes since I checked out at 4:00 in the morning there was someone else checking out and had a problem imagine that!

I like the location it was in the middle of Miller Lane I like the curve appeal.

The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for awhile. The curtains in the room didn’t cover the whole window and there was a light right outside, so the room wasn’t dark. No tissues. The floor in our room hadn’t been vacuumed. The shower leaked and water collected in the tub. Bed was hard. Overall dirty and run down.

No ice maker on the 3rd floor and they don't preheat the gravy for biscuits and gravy.

They were able to at the last minute get a room for my son and his fiancé so they wouldn't have to sleep in their motorhome that is packed since they are moving.
