Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The website said breakfast included which is why I booked there as I was on a limited budget. However upon check in I was told there was no breakfast included. If I had known that in advance I would of booked elsewhere.vety disappointed.

Included breakfast but was told there wasn’t any. Many unhoused and addicted people constant around the parking lot. No plug in bathtub and none in site so I had to go buy my own

It was very dirty outside the whole perimeter. Cigarette butts every where. Empty cans of soda and paper debris everywhere also. No breakfast as I had paid for (restaurant was being remodeled as I was told) they didn’t even have disposable forks etc. The base of the bed made a noise every time you moved. The door key only worked once. And another person staying there had the same issues with her door key
The bed was comfortable.

The price was different from the booking price. There was no pool or breakfast as advertised. I don't know where they get the pictures that they post but it is absolutely NOTHING like our room! The bed was advertised as a king it was a very small and lumpy bed. The bathroom was tiny, had cigarette burns on the rim of the bathtub, the water smelled funky, and the towel rack kept falling off the wall. The only good thing about our stay was the fact my husband could look out our window and see our vehicle to keep an eye on it. We will never stay there again ! We recommend that if you want what you are booking then you book somewhere else.

The property is nice, I didn’t like that I booked online at a certain price and when I got to the hotel with my reservation they over charged me because they had “system problems” and could not correct the amount I was suppose to be charge and ended up paying double the price I was suppose to, terrible.

Not comfortable seating for watching tv. Seating was ripped and dirty. Very cold upon entry to room. Not super clean.

It was not as clean as it should be. Tub facet hasn't been wiped around in a loooong time. Same with the tub to tile.
I did like that I could check in early then was left alone.

The location was creepy On the booking breakfast was included, but once at the place, no breakfast. Only bad coffee. No kettle in the room or any glasses/cup for water.

The hallway carpets were old looking dirty, room doors were difficult to get into taking several tries each entry before door opened, refrigerator door and backsplash to sink were dirty with garbage under the sink that hadn’t been picked up by housekeeping.
Easily seen from the road. Front Desk staff were helpful and accommodating. Beds were firm, heater worked great.

One room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had to ask for a different room, one room had a light that flickered on and off starting at 4am and we couldn't get it to turn off, must have had bad wiring. Staff didn't speak enough English to be helpful.

Even though they advertised breakfast; they had no breakfast using covid as an excuse. The internet was HORRIBLE! We had to go to the lobby to get any service at all.

Moved us from a room with one bed to a room with 2 beds unnecessarily. Had no hot water when we needed to shower and get to work. Then they told us they would give a partial refund. They lied. Did they forget there are online reviews? Support a more honest and competent local business.

I specifcally choose this place because it stated it had a pool and breakfast option. Get there and none of those are options and they charged me extra or didn't pull the hold off my card.
