Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe hotel was quite run down, bad smells everywhere, unclean elevators and hallways. The breakfast included next to nothing. The location is sketchy, cop cars there when we checked in and 4 the next morning.
The room itself was clean and decent.

United States of AmericaVery thin walls; water running in the next room made a noise in our room; drain in the sink of the kitchenette stunk...ran hot water for about 10 minutes and the stench went away; air con did not work. The plug was burnt out. I was offered another room but asked for a room discount instead. Night stand was so looked so worn out. Toilet has a black scratch... grossed me out. Pls replace.
Location - ok. Near the train track, so very noisy. Breakfast - very bare. Could be better.

United States of AmericaSpecifically stayed here because it was one of the only hotels that had a pool for our kids and hot tub for us. We were extremely disappointed to find the pool and hot tub was down for maintenance our entire stay and we found out after checking in.
The ease of the location to the event center lots of food options within 1mile of the hotel.still a 30 minute drive but easy access to the free way.

United States of AmericaI booked through Priceline (a.k.a. Booking.com)… when I got to the property, Sheetu (front desk) gave me a key to check out the room they had for me first (guests have been upset due to the renovation- smell of paint, cleaning supplies, etc). Well…. My booking reservation was for a king suite with a jetted tub. The room I was sent to check out did not have a jetted tub. I asked her for a room with the jacuzzi while also telling her I brought my French bulldog. She said dogs are not allowed in the jetted tub room and also none are available. I told her I’ll drop him off at my dog sitter… the jet tub was my main reason for wanting to stay there. Anyway… ended up in a regular ol’ room with fumes that made us feel loopy and a broken cabinet that my partner tripped over 1 month-post-back-surgery.
The breakfast was one of the best parts! Also, the parking lot on the backside of the hotel used to be pitch black at night due to no lighting but not the case anymore! I actually felt safe to walk my dog around the building. Also, the staff was overall very sweet, especially Sheetu (the woman at the front desk who checked me in).

United States of AmericaThere was a cockroach in my room, there were rats outside and a bunch of homeless parked behind our room. When we arrived there was a child screaming bloody murder and the hotell staff telling a lady that the dog she brought in wasn't allowed upstairs. The pillows on our bed were small square pillows. Not typical bed pillows. In comparison to the same hotel name in olympia sans a spa tub in room, it was a bit of a disappointment. Next time I'll drive to Seattle.

United States of AmericaThe pair of girls working were kinda rude. They didn't charge my card correctly the 1st time. Got a call an hour after checking in that the girl at the desk partially charged me. So had to run card again. The next day I had an extra charge on my card from them separate from the total charge for my room, which was not authorized. They had no explanation. . Breakfast was pretty sad, basically just waffles and toast. There were lots of people camping in their vehicles, and working on their car through the night. We had trouble with the remotes not working for the TV.
The cleanliness of the room, and the size was good.

United States of AmericaStains everywhere. Looked like blood on the curtains, brown stains on the ceiling over the sink, don’t want to think about what was in the bed skirt. Furniture was beat up, drawer would not stay shut so we had put a bag in front of it so we didn’t trip in it. Light bulbs out, cobwebs, outlets on lamps didn’t work. We didn’t get the room we booked and the front desk personnel were rude.
Not much sadly.

United States of AmericaMy stay there was good for the price and the location close to the event I attended. As soon as you arrive you will not feel welcome at any time. The night receptionist when we arrived threw everything at me at the counter. It was an awkward moment. 😣neither when we arrived nor when we left, if You stay here just keep in mind!!! that no worker will be nice to you.
Room are okay to stay one night price were okay I'm not sure if the hotel doesn't have an elevator or it just wasn't working that day, but my knees were killing me to go up the stairs to the room.😩

United States of AmericaThey are working on improvements. Keep going. You definitly need to work on the elevator and several other mechanical issues throughout the hotel. AC in the room not working.
Arrival and check in went smooth. Requested a ground floor room on arrival due to a broken foot and they could not accomodate. They told me the elevator works, but you have to pull the door open. It did not work. Had to go up and down the stairs, non weight bearing, on one foot. Otherwise, there were definitly a few drug addicts, pretty well behaved, but there. Hotel was clean. Good thing we didn't need AC. Unit was pulled off of the wall and unplugged.

United States of AmericaIs right next to the train that blows its horn several times thru the night so very loud/ hard to sleep. The carpet was really gross and needs to be cleaned in the room and the halls.. very dirty full of stains. There was an over powering smell of a fragrance deoderizing spray that was hard to be in, we had to open windows to air out the overpowering deoderizing spray, was burning our throat. Opening the window we discovered there were no screens on the windows. No coffee pot in the room, had to get coffee from the lobby. The elevator was broken so we had to carry all belongings to 3rd floor. Ice machine was dirty/ disgusting. There are alot of homeless people in the neighborhood that approach you when you are coming or going.
It was a very convenient location. The morning staff were nice and very helpful. The bed was comfy. The bathroom smelled like bleach/ clean. Room was a nice size! Had a fridge and microwave which was nice.

United States of AmericaThe room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The carpet was gross, sticky, and slightly damp. The jetted tub was nasty with big holes and mildew in the grout. There was no breakfast because they said that new owners took over a couple of weeks ago and haven't organized it yet. There was a deafening pressure washer working outside for both days of our stay and the sound went right through the walls. Also, a loud train passes by very late at night and early in the morning with a loud whistle. It's not worth the $200 per night in the King room. $100 would seem fair because the room was outdated. There were even holes in the curtains and lamp shades. Security should be employed because there are often homeless or drug addicts in the parking lot. They started a fire in the bushes right beside the hotel. It was spreading fast and could have caught the whole building on fire. I called the fire department and a fire truck came and was able to get it out. Don't leave valuables in your car.
There was HBO and a big TV. The hotel was within a mile of a variety of dining options. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna, and small gym.
