No A/C in the room. Hot water took about 10 minutes to finally reach our shower on the first morning...was quicker the next day. Usually quiet rooms due to the solid construction of the building, but we had a very loud and inconsiderate neighbor the next morning who felt it was okay to have a full voice conversation outside our door in the hallway at 6 am. Not the hotels fault, I just wish they had stuck them in a room two doors down instead of in an adjoining room.

Consistently comfortable rooms/beds but there was a warm spell and the A/C was not working. Staff placed us in a room at the cool end of the building. While it wasn't too hot while we were in the room at night to sleep, it was still a bit stuffy. Hot water took a really long time to reach the room on the 2nd floor. I understand they plan on a change this year with comfort renovations coming. That should make a difference because it is a quiet hotel with descent breakfast and very reasonable prices.

My shower the first evening there was not a warm one....lukewarm at best. And the heat stopped working, leaving the room in the low 60s. The disguising scent in my room was very strong until I opened the sliding glass patio door for approximately 30 minutes. Overall, I was not impressed!

The location was great, in a fun part of the city and very walkable. The continental breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

The room was a little smelly as was the hall way. We found blood on the quilt beneath the sheets / duvet.

I met my need desire for oatmeal, but wasn’t anything extravagant

Breakfast was very limited and Juice was out of order. The room felt dark with all lights on. The microwave in room did not turn as was broken and the main light in the bathroom got very hot and had a very low ceiling which did not feel very safe. Overall the hotel just felt a little tired.

Really liked the location and Olympia is lovely . The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Room was a great size and loads of info on Olympia was avaliable in the lobby.

Strong tabacco smell in the hallways. Our room did not have a hair dryer in the bathroom and (it was suppose to be attached on the wall but it was not there) and there was none that I could borrow. Shower temprature was very hard to adjust.

Location, lobby and dining area were nice.

Room and building were very run down and in need of renovations. Lots of stains and rips in carpet everywhere. Shower wouldn’t turn off. Weird vibes and smells due to a homeless shelter in the building.

The price was good for a spacious room with fridge and wet bar. Great location right near the center of town. Friendly staff.

The pictures are deceiving, the room and bathroom were old and run down. The room was spacious, but sparse with bad lighting. No water provided in room, and the vending machines were either broken or out of water, front desk wasn't able to help.

The bed was clean and comfortable. Good proximity to everything in the area. The parking lot was nice to leave the car so we could walk around.

shower offered no hot water one day, freezing or boiling (with no inbetween) the next. In one of our rooms the TV didn't work. very dated (though decently clean and comfortable room). poor ventilation and climate control in room. breakfast selection was small and breakfast room unusable it was so cold. Most residents we ran into were very cordial but one was fighting staff about a mess he made in the breakfast room.

Location was great. Nice to have parking included. With booking.com discount was a reasonable price. Staff were kind.

For starters, the room I got was not the room I was expecting it to be. On my 1st night there, there was no heat in the room. I had to go get a space heater. That barely worked. Then I was told to turn on the "fan" on the heater in the room so the heat could work. And it barely did the truck to warm up the room. But jt was enough tk stay warm. Day 2. There were 3 power outages in my room only. Not very many items were plugged up and turned on. I did nkt change rooms bc it was going to be too much to do, especially since I had an event to get to. And it took an hour to turn the power back on the 2nd time around, after just turning it back on the 1st time. Night 3, there was no water. It did get fixed for obly a brief moment that night, but it had gone back out again. That was for the whole building. Thus was when I was glad to be close to home. I could go there to shower because when the water came back on.., there was no hot water. And the water was still out and had very low pressure for the cold water. I just had surgery on my stomach, so not being able to use the bathroom because the toilet couldn't flush wasn't very great and not helpful for my situation. Overall, I didn't want to be that kind of customer and complain to much, especially not after having 3 back to back power outages. But the staff did attempt to offer me a new room...it was just very bad timing for me to try to accept it the first night.i had an event to be at. Had the power gone out again the next day, the offer was still on the table to be accepted. I continued my stay because it had already been paid for, and I wasn't safe to be back home. And I really did wanted to relax some away from home after my surgery. But unfortunately, I had to be away from the room more than I liked so I could keep the problems down to a minimum.

I like that it was close by to where I needed to go, and more than thankful it was close to home.
