You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe first room had a do not disturb sign & had not been cleaned, wet towels, dirty bathroom & bed slept in. Gross, then I questioned if others would be clean. We were moved but no apology just appeared to be bothered by having to make changes.

United States of AmericaNo coffee maker in room. Hardly any other travelers staying there but we were put in a room that required using a cart and navigating a ramp, an elevator and a long hall to load and unload our luggage. Ad said breakfast was included but front desk person never mentioned it.

United States of AmericaMy husband and I were looking forward to a nice shower. The shower was... not clean. The carpet was dirty. The sink was not clean. I took a wash cloth and cleaned the sink. We do understand that during this pressing time finding help is quite challenging. Anyone with a business is being challenged by the lack of work ethics.
The frontdesk staff was helpful and friendly. The view was spectacular.

United States of AmericaThe restaurant and bar are closed due to “covid” restrictions however there’s no Covid restrictions currently anywhere in the state. No food or drink on premises. Didn’t get the message about this until the cancellation period was over, this needs to be advertised as I would not have stayed there without a restaurant or bar availability.

We liked that the room was on the ground level and that there was a sliding glass door that led to a grass area outside our room. We brought 2 dogs and this was very convenient for that.
