Well at 6:00 am we were woken up by a yapping Chihuahua called the office and No one bothered to show up. Not sure why the front desk would put someone with an obnoxious dog stay next to other people

The only real complaint I have is there was only one electrical outlet and it was being used by a surge protector outlet so had to plug my stuff into that with an extension cord.

It was a nice stay and a good value for the money we spent. If I were traveling through that way again, we would probably stay there again. The room was clean. We felt safe there.

Free breakfast was a joke. very little to choose from and almost out of food. Decafe coffee was empty and the orange juice was almost all water. Location of rooms in relation to office. Small towels. Location of parking in relation to the room. The back door to the office was locked and had to walk around the building in wet grass.

AC worked well. The bed was comfortable. Easy checkout. Plenty of parking.

Went to check in at 1 something in morning couldn't find anyone for 15 min then we seen officer and stop him and see if he could help us and he was in another room asleep. the worker said did you call the cops i said no he was on the parking lot so we ask him if he can help us.

Rooms were not ready to be used. We were moved to 3 different rooms. First one had no microwave or refrigerator, no cable boxes, no towels or trash bags and curtains were broke. Second room had no microwave, only one cable box and the air conditioner was stuck on heat. Third room (which we just stayed in) had no cable boxes (finally brought us one but never the one for the second room), the pull out couch had no mattress and was broke and the refrigerator was froze and leaked all in the floor by morning.

Front desk staff was very nice.

Waited a while for the front desk person to come for check in. One towel hanging and a dirty floor towel on the tub. No TV working, No refrigerator, No micro, No ice bucket and some lights not working. asked for more towels at front desk; answer was no. asked for an ice bucket; answer was no. Took the one trash can to ice machine and it was out of order but I found one that worked.

My room had Hot Water and was Clean. There was a beautiful view on the front side of the hotel. No guest we’re on that side as many rooms were vacant and not being used for whatever reason?

No bath towels in the room. Water on the bathroom floor. We call the front desk to ask for towels. He gave us 2 bath towels only ,no wash cloths or hand towels. We ask for a no smoking room. But our room smell like cigarette.

Terrible stay, I booked a non-smoker room they put me in a smoking room, the second room only had one towel and the sheets didn't seem that clean, they said breakfast was included but there was no breakfast just cereal no milk no bread no nothing just Dry Cereal, if you want just a bed to stay in with nothing else stay here otherwise don't stay here. I went looking for some towels and I came across the laundry facility it looked like a bomb went off inside there there was so much clutter unbelievable they are actually running a business.. my suggesting stay away from this place. Many other Red Roof Inns that are much better this one is just horrible!!
