The advertised breakfast was below expectations. There were no hot options (unless you count toasted bread or bagel), the water machine was empty so I could not make oatmeal and when I told the desk attendant about the water, she brought a cold bottle of water, ignoring the fact that I wanted to make oatmeal. The plastic plates melted some when I put a toasted bagel on it, so I know it would not have survived trying to make oatmeal in the microwave.

The hotel was close to where I needed to go. It met expectations, based on my familiarity with the area.

Our room was just ok. Bathroom toilet needs to be cleaned inside and out. The outside of the bowl hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Our king mattress has to be old. Hole in the middle made it hard to sleep.

The staff at the front desk was great!! She had to move us to another room because the door wouldn’t open even though the key card light was green.

We stayed 4 days and our room didn't get cleaned, I had to keep going to the front desk for more towels,toilet paper. Our a/c unit when it came on kicked out dust balls.

The building appears old & not as clean as we would expect.There were only 2 places to set out side & enjoy the weather.The breakfast area was extremely lacking,the exact same tray of pastries for 2 mornings & NO tongs or anything to use,everyone was reaching in with their hands 🤮

Roofers were working the entire stay, noisy and disruptive. Staff should have mentioned that there was work being done and either offered us a room on the other side or a discount.

There were 3 of us in a double room. There were 2 sets of towels in the room. We went to the front desk and asked if we could have another set of towels. She said she didn't have any because there were too many people with 4 guests to a room that didn't want their rooms cleaned. She told me I could bring down the towels we had, and she'd do a load. It was a nice gesture but didn't solve the problem of 3 people with 2 towels. I was afraid if I brought down the 2 we had, we may end up with none since they were out. I ended up buying my family towels and toiletries for the room from the family dollar. The room also had refillable shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and soap, all of which were almost empty. We were there for several days, so I purchased that too. The hotel itself, hallways, ice machine, and breakfast area were not clean, but the room was which was my bigger concern. I would not suggest planning to get the provided breakfast or coffee.

It was a good value. The room was clean and spacious. It gave us a place to sleep, which is what we needed.

Still gives off the creepy "Shining" vibes with the long hallways, I kept expecting Jack to pop up at the door. Kind of noisy, seemed to be quite a few guys with trucks that needed to rev them up and yell at each other.

Comfy bed. Bathroom was clean. Towels were nice and fluffy. It is much improved since it was the old Ramada. Staff was fantastic!

The carpet in common areas was disgusting. The bathtub/shower was slippery and the handle to assist was cracked. It was loud I heard everything the neighbor was doing.

We had multiple I'm assuming where potato bugs in the room. Some were dead and some where alive. The housekeeping didn't sweep around the air conditioner where the dead potato bugs were along with a huge spider web that might have contained a spider.

Room had hardwood floors, right off the highway, and the Jacuzzi in the room was huge. Room was fully equipped with microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. About 45 minutes from Casino. Peaceful. Plenty of parking.
