paid for non smokeing room and people where smoking in it and could'nt change rooms..security deposit refunded only after I went back to room and took a vidio. told 7am was early checkout and had to come back at 11am to check out. no channel guide for the tv made it difficult .

Ended up checking out then extending stay a couple nights. Got the same room and recognized some melted cheese on microwave plate that I had left out on bathroom vanity so housekeeping would see it. Spot on bedspread from a lotion bottle that was mine was still there so I knew the spread hadn’t been changed (however sheets clean obviously been changed). Accommodations basic at best, no chair … request for extra towels for extended stay met with less than hospitable response. Overall property due for a renovation. Wide gaps around door definitely a climate control issue in colder/hotter weather. No TV remote.

Reservation via Priceline no problem, seemed to be best rate. Located conveniently to where I was working in area. Overall cleanliness of room good, outdoors not so great.

I was surprised by the $75 deposit which the ad didn't mention. The phone didn't work & the wifi was so awful I could watch the TV. I did not enjoy my stay overnight. The curtains & the heater & air conditioner unit.

The room was very dirty , the curtian were old and had holes in them bed sheets and blankets had cigarette burns . Wall were paper thin. Sleeping was nearly impossible with all the noise and chaos outside.

Nasty receptionist and assistant at the front desk. I needed a later checkout due to my car not quite being ready. Despite offering to pay late checkout fees or pay for an additional night to get the 90 minutes I needed both the receptionist and the roving assistant were rude and emphatic that I had to get out immediately because they needed the room now for the Saturday night check ins (that wouldn't begin until after 4:00). Mind you this was at 11:10 a.m. and there wasn't a cleaning cart in sight anywhere in the facility. In the three days of my stay I only saw ONE cleaning crew and on that morning I saw at least 20 vacant rooms the cleaning crew could have been working on. The receptionist said she didn't have any way to accept more money for the courtesy of a late check out or additional day which I don't believe is true. I intended to write a much nicer review of the property but held back because of their surly behavior.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, and shower head gave a great shower. Ample towels provided.

Room had smoke smell and they charged my card, while I had it booked already thru booking.com still waiting for the refund for the double charge. I had to change the room key 3 times over all it wasn’t a great experience

It was only one chair in the room for 2 people. No laundry ( it was broken laundry machine they said and closest laundromat 6 miles away).
