The way the floor felt on your feet. That they only had a to go breakfast of breakfast burritos and muffins every single morning.

Rooms were clean and smelled clean. Bed was super comfortable.

The fact that when booking it says pets are free and welcome. I have stayed there before and not payed for my dog. This time I had pay 15.00 per night for him. The guy at the desk was not very good at his job, I had booked 3 nights online, came in a day early and payed there for that, ask for the same room for the rest of my stay, he said oh yes no problem. The next morning just after 11 am he calls me asking if I was checking out or extending my stay, had to explain to him again that I had already payed for the next 3 nights. This was the third or fourth time we have stayed here and every time it is something different. The only reason we stay here is because my husband works out of town and in order to see him we go visit. And pets are supposed to be free, thinking about finding some where else to stay.

One rome for a night didn't have a microwave, & they didn't know about that the day we moved in. The next night the water was turned off in the bathroom 🚻 v. But they came & turned it on immediately. But it should have been on in the first place . & it took them 2 hours to program the TV. So we went without cable for 3 hours of or stay .

The air-conditioning works.its clean & meets our living needs.

The 1st night there we had no hot water, couldn't shower. The 2nd day still no hot water so no shower. I called the front desk and the guy acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and he finally said management is working on getting it fixed.

It was clean, pet friendly and the price was good.

The room service ladies came in groups. Didn't asked if we needed anything just looked at me and said staying or checking out. Then about 30 minutes later came back again asking the same thing. Check out is at 11 it was 9am. The water pressure was low and I had to fix the TV to get it to work it was blue showing no signal when I turned ir on

Bed was hard and squeaky. Requested a quiet room as we were to arrive late, but we were placed where everyone else was and right by steps. We arrived after 130am, and a couple hours later we were woke up by several loud people yelling. Then doors closing, and person above us was pacing back and forth and making all sorts of noise for hours. Then after a couple hours of sleep, more people were outside our room yelling, and running their cars, and shining their lights directly at our room. The drapes as always dont cover the entire window. Another person pulled into parking lot with their motorcycle and then were outside with the motor running for several minutes before driving off. Because the ac kept turning on and off after we turned it on we chose to keep it off as it was too noisy to sleep. Then we hoped to sleep in until 9 or so, but by 7 we were hearing the cleaning crew talking loud outside and pushing their noisy carts back and forth.

We did not have breakfast. Check in was easy. Rooms clean. Pet friendly big plus.

Those people sitting under the pavilli just drinking beers and just leave their trash there.

The floor is sticky n dirty and the stairs it's about to fall off the main floor..but the locations was wonderful n the bed n linen was perfect also to much trash under the pavilions..

The bathroom was a bit small.The light from the corridor was very strong and the curtain did not cover much, the clarity of it entered the room, which was a bit annoying.

Birds nested right outside my door, door wasn't sealed properly (large gap) room has painted over water damage, hard towels, stains on all of bedding, and a hard bed.

Did not stay the night. First room assigned was clouded with cigarette smoke. Asked for a change in room but 2nd room wreaked of marijuana smoke. I have a 12 yr old daughter who is allergic to cigarette smoke. We vacated the property and asked for a refund. But credit has not been issued as of this writing. Property is terrible and nothing like the advertised website.
