The rooms are dated and I would love for them to be more modern. I would love to for everything to be cleaner and just overall brighter, brighter colors, and everything to be new but in a world of perfect

I like that they are pet friendly and then I never seem to have a problem there

It was dirty. The bed was squeaky, uneven and uncomfortable. The bedding felt dirty. It was dust and cobwebs and dirt on the walls and the floor. No microwave or fridge in room. Broken alcohol bottles outside my room door. Outdated facility. Fist sized holes in the wall. No battery in smoke detector.

The staff was friendly. Location is prime. The shower pressure was amazing.

Room had outside bugs in it like spiders and gnats around the entrance, light above the sink was non functional. Booked for 2 nights but checked out after the first night, was told the second night would be refunded to me but they never did and I forgot to get a receipt and they did not offer one. Made me pay the security deposit on a separate charge of $54.24 five days later only gave me back $50. Make sure to get copies of anything you sign and receipts for any money exchanges.

the rooms was very clean and nice , our room that we was placed in had a toilet issue but the woman at the front desk gladly switched our rooms to accommodate our stay and was able to be comfortable and cozy

Nothing against red roof personally, but being next to the cemetery was unsettling, and someone decided to light ba-bomb fireworks at midnight which made my dog nervous, but I came out there to avoid the gunshots for hours in the city, so the 30 minutes of fireworks was not that bad

they were close, pet friendly and had vacancies for NYE.

Stains on sheets. Filthy hard floors (I spilled some water and used toilet paper to wipe it up. The paper was BLACK with dirt) Only ice machine was in another building across the parking lot. (Not so safe for a single woman alone) People sleeping with blankets on the lawn just steps from the dog station. (Didn't feel safe)

The location was good. Toilet, sink, and tub worked perfectly. Great air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, and mattress. Nice area for my dog to potty that included bags and receptacle to dispose of.

I upgraded and the only upgrade was a king bed. No Amenities. No clock fridge anything. Just bare bones. I had to ask twice For clean towels. The room Was not cleaned in four days

we was locked in side our room for 2 1/2 hours the staff was great trying to get us out. The Manager ever came from home to help. the lock on the door wouldn’t work. making a long story short. they had to call the fire department to get us out.

I needed to stay an additional week I did not know that because I used booking I needed to inform you guys 48 hours ahead a time. It would be great to get a reminder: "Need to extend your stay??" email 2-3 days before you check out I lost my excellent room I had with Booking and they threw me in a dog smelling crap room which I was allergic to dogs but I did not know there were Pet Free Allergy Free rooms and I needed that.

I liked the King Size Super Suite with the great desk. I had webinars at night and projects due while I was there so that was great. Fridge was nice sized. Microwave in room. Iron and Ironing board was a must for meetings in the morning.

I was very happy with the stay my first week. Then I ran into a snag trying to pay on time for the second week. I don't get paid til the afternoon. I recently became homeless and money is now tight. I had to pay for an extra night that I couldn't afford.

The beds are super comfy, and it was very quite.
