The toilets did not work they couldn't flush they put me in a dirty room that was already already had people not in them I mean you know they used the room already and then they had to move me and my wife three times till they finally give us a decent room the phones didn't work the lights didn't work the desk light they didn't work and the bathroom it was mold on the shower curtain

They surprised me with a $100 deposit never previously mentioned, the staff members were lazy, offensive, and incompetent. I actually found a dirty sock, and a dildo package under my bed! Asked for a refund for 1 of the 3 days that I stayed, and was denied, and a staff member made a comment about my failing marriage being my fault when I asked her to remove the dildo package from my room...while she was working the front desk!! Worst stay of my life@

I was charged for a stay that never happened due to a power failure.

I booked a room for my 81 year old mother due to her not having power due to storms. When they arrived at the hotel, the front doors were standing wide open, there was no employees at the front desk an elderly patron had no way of getting back in her room because the power was out there too. I contacted the hotel by text and email and they promised not to charge my credit card. But I see that I was charged anyway. They should have posted a notice on their site and the booking sites about the power failure in the 1st place. And they should have some sort of back up power for the guest to at least be able to get in and out their rooms.

Toilet seat was loose. Told check out person. Elevators were out of service. Had to drive around about 5 minutes to find motel.

Josh was disrespectful refused to let me check in when I called ahead and was given the okay to show up at 5am he refused to give me his name walked away from the desk wouldn’t speak to me. So unprofessional I drove 6 plus hours and was refused my room and had to rush to find somewhere else to stay.

It was clean and had a new feel to it. The linens looked brand new and the vinyl plank flooring was nice. Free pets was also a perk.

Locked in at 6:30am. Staff was asleep or passed out on floor behind counter. 6 people waiting outside locked door trying to get in. Phone ringing. I was late for my meeting. Had to wait 3 times for the door to be opened by guest to get in and out of facility. The hotel was very noisy till sometime in the middle of the mid night/morning.

Convenient, close to location I needed to be.

COuldnt stay because they required an additional hold for incidentals and other fees that was well past the budget that i had available and much more than the initial price offered so I had to cancel day off and luckily the booking.com representative was able to help cancel and get refund / not get charged as I had to find a last minute room at another hotel.

The staff telling us we could have two dogs for my gfs disability. Then banned us for good for a mistake the front desk lady communicated to us! She said we could have two dogs!

Housekeeping didn't clean room each day. Had to put trash can in doorway for them to empty it. Just threw fresh towels on counter. Didn't change bed sheets or make bed. Each night when we returned to room, key wouldn't open door so I had to have them re-key it. No heat in bathroom which made showering uncomfortable. Very disappointed in this Red Roof Inn location.

Shower Broke, changed rooms, no fridge or microwave in new room, and water was SCOLDING HOT! Very Dangerous! Someone will be burned. Maids knock even when privacy please sign is on the door, that means leave me alone, if I was not there, they would have entered.

The service was excellent. I was scared because other hotels no smoking the smell was nasty, but this one was clean and fresh, and was non smoking for real. The bed was so comfortable.

The rude and arrogant argumentive host Rev front desk hung up the phone and told me I had police actions against me gave me other guests private info lied about his knowledge of my stay. Threatening hostile and not a good representation of guest hospitality.
