We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe housekeepers come in your room during the stay without permission from the clients to replace towels and such, it is an unacceptable practice. To boot there is no option for a do not disturb door hanger or sign either. This invasion of privacy was offensive.
The woman who worked the morning desk is awesome and super helpful. The bed was great and desk useful.

Also the second day I came back from work and the door was open. Nothing was missing. You had to slam the door to get it to lock.

United States of AmericaThe one morning I went to breakfast at a very early hour, there were very noisy construction workers trying to engage me in conversation. I just wanted to take my cereal, toast and coffee back to my room to eat in peace and quiet but the front desk person wouldn't let me. My trip last month was during a dangerous heat wave and a bad time to be there. The outside commons areas were not well maintained; many vending machines were not working. And the one time it was quiet enough to finally go to the pool a family with rambunctious children suddenly invaded.
The younger man who checked me in was very nice and helpful and found me another room when the first one didn't work out. The other men at the front desk were not so nice.

United States of AmericaFor one, the shower had some black grit in it. The bed had a thin blanket, no real comforter. Breakfast choices were lame, and Friday night drove up and some suspect looking groups of men all over the building across from mine. Had to pretend someone was in the room and knock so they wouldn’t think I was there alone. Rooms are right by the parking lot which makes it difficult to sleep.
I liked the location, very convenient to a lot of things and liked it was close to the highway

United States of AmericaRude staff, just one staff member that was rude. Told me he wasn't gonna give deposit back for there mistakes. Had me wait till he was done with his morning duties to figure out what I needed. He then checked the room I guess and then came back and gave me a deposit. And mind you I have had surgery on my knee. There was also no breakfast or coffee as they say on website.

United States of AmericaWe were given a room key that already had someone in it, had to wait almost an hour for them to find us a other room. No apologies, no courtesy, nothing. Check in took forever and they argued that what I was quoted on booking.com was like 65 cents less than what they charge. I ended up having to pay over $200 for 2 star hotel for one night. 10 out of 10 don't recommend this location. I know we won't be returning.
