Problems gettin commode fixed to flush. Desk staff did not keep us informed about what was going on. I finally told them to forget it because we were going to bed. I fixed it where it would flush. Desk staff in the morning didn’t seem interested in my opinion on the room.

The toilet seat was broken, so it would pinch you if you didn't cover it before sitting down. The floor and bathroom door were nasty, I had to ask for towels to shower with.

Great location, it's within walking distance to several places to eat.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes the linen smelled like smoke and the bathroom was not very cleaned

Awful location to noisy gas station right next door all we heard all night was people squaling tires leaving the gas station and the other tenants around us was loud and the trash truck coming at 5 a.m. was uncalled for

The management. Circumstances changed and I had to depart early. He was not willing to refund the remainder of the stay. Instead he offered excuses as to why he couldn’t do it.

The housekeepers come in your room during the stay without permission from the clients to replace towels and such, it is an unacceptable practice. To boot there is no option for a do not disturb door hanger or sign either. This invasion of privacy was offensive.

The woman who worked the morning desk is awesome and super helpful. The bed was great and desk useful.

The door didn't lock right. Someone walked about midnight. I had to get my key card fixed twice and the women at front desk acted like she was mad about it. Also the second day I came back from work and the door was open. Nothing was missing. You had to slam the door to get it to lock.

The one morning I went to breakfast at a very early hour, there were very noisy construction workers trying to engage me in conversation. I just wanted to take my cereal, toast and coffee back to my room to eat in peace and quiet but the front desk person wouldn't let me. My trip last month was during a dangerous heat wave and a bad time to be there. The outside commons areas were not well maintained; many vending machines were not working. And the one time it was quiet enough to finally go to the pool a family with rambunctious children suddenly invaded.

The younger man who checked me in was very nice and helpful and found me another room when the first one didn't work out. The other men at the front desk were not so nice.

For one, the shower had some black grit in it. The bed had a thin blanket, no real comforter. Breakfast choices were lame, and Friday night drove up and some suspect looking groups of men all over the building across from mine. Had to pretend someone was in the room and knock so they wouldn’t think I was there alone. Rooms are right by the parking lot which makes it difficult to sleep.

Rude staff, just one staff member that was rude. Told me he wasn't gonna give deposit back for there mistakes. Had me wait till he was done with his morning duties to figure out what I needed. He then checked the room I guess and then came back and gave me a deposit. And mind you I have had surgery on my knee. There was also no breakfast or coffee as they say on website.

Nothing I didn't like, except maybe the exterior aesthetics. But I needed a clean and simple place to sleep for one night and this was perfect. It was graduation weekend in Fayetteville and I was thankful to find a decent place to stay near campus for moving my kid out of the dorms, without rate hikes for a premium weekend.

The exterior of the hotel is kind of dated, motel vibes with all of the room entry doors on the exterior, however the room is completely up to date and modern - everything was new inside, furniture, lamps, bathroom vanity, etc. There is free breakfast on the main floor next to the lobby/front desk and Starbucks and lots of fast dining options just down the street. Walgreens and Walmart are nearby too.

When I checked in the older woman at the desk was quite rude. She was upset that I booked through booking.com and let me know that. She went on to say she’s upset it was so busy because she wanted to relax. She became extremely annoyed with the process of getting me checked in and continuously expressed that. Did not make me feel welcomed. There were stains on the sheets…all of them. Overall it was ok for the price but I would never book again.

I was charged twice upon leaving, an additional $180 for an incorrect extended stay because the manager didn’t contact me regarding whether our second room was vacant or not. The lock was still on because our two children exited through the adjoining door that he said should not have been used and left from my room.

The staff were not accommodating to my schedule (7p-7a work trip). Asked for a do not disturb sign to hang on the door at arrival d/t sleeping during the day & the front desk said it would be located in my room (it was not). Informed the front desk of this and they said they would inform housekeeping (did not happen). Housekeeping knocked on the door everyday, twice a day waking me up. Front desk unable to locate any do not disturb signs, despite multiple requests to multiple different staff. (One staff said to make one with a sheet of paper & hang it out there (also did not work)) Requested to extend my stay an extra day d/t picking up an extra shift & not wanting to pack my belongings & change hotels with limited time to sleep, before having to return to work (despite my poor experience during my stay). The front desk wanted to put me in a different room (defeating the purpose of even extending my stay there), & took over an hour, & having to talk to multiple different people, to be charged $30 more dollars to finally keep the same room & be woken up two more times that day by housekeeping.

Location was convenient, and easy to get to/ from the interstate. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
