cleaning should be at least every other day. I stayed for 5 nights without cleaning

The room was spacious. The toilet was clean. However, I expected daily cleaning which didn't happen. Also, all the cleaners spoke a lunguage I couldn't understand so we failed to communicate.

The heater in the room was not able to heat for long. It would cut off after 15 minutes.

No breakfast was available. The location was right because Pope Saint John 23 Seminary was 10 minutes away.

The refrigerator hummed all the time and I'm a light sleeper. The air only went down to 62, the room was a little warm. The remote for the TV would stop working randomly

The housekeeping staff is not very friendly. For longer stays, coin-op laundry facilities would be awesome. The bathroom is very small, but the sting sink is separate, so perfect for 2 people. Everything was clean, but the bathroom was showing its age. Our faucet was dripping and they couldn't fix it, that was odd. They offered us a different room, but we didn't want to move. During rush hour, it can be very hard to leave the premises because it's on Rt. 30, next to the I90 ramp. Plan ahead.

Excellent value for the price. It's a motel, so not the Ritz, but it has everything you need. I highly recommend an upgrade if you're staying more than one night, as the better rooms have a microwave and good sized fridge ( not the mini fridge better hotels have). Dunkin is right next door for your daily coffee and breakfast, no need to drive. Parking is right in front of your room if you're on the ground floor, very convenient. The Natick Mall is within walking distance, Target, Walmart, and many restaurants are a short drive away. The property is right on the Mass Pike, and a few minutes from Route 9.

We were 4 adults and under the impression we were getting 2 beds. We got a hide a bed. Not to comfortable.

The air conditioner was loud the sink was clogged, but I did mention it to the desk clerk on my way out way over priced for what a roadside motel should be no daily room cleaning , but towel service was available at the desk.

It had a convenient location to the venue that I was attending for the weekend that I stayed.

The room didn't seem to have been cleaned at all. Very uncomfortable to walk without shoes or lean on any furniture. Dirty carpet and dirt and food leftovers on chair.

No elevator to the second floor.

Big room, comfort bed. Coffee both in room and at reception. Staffs were very nice and helpful.

Air conditioner rattled terribly and didn’t work very well. If we had it on at night it kept us awake; if we shut it off the room was stuffy. It didn’t work right either way, the room was never really cool. We didn’t say anything because we figured nothing would be done about it. Toiletries provided were very low quality. And we didn’t have a box of tissues just a small purse size package.

Price was good. Bed was comfortable.

Outside is pretty run down. When I left at 4:00 am for my flight, there were a couple of people walking around with beers in their hands.

This hotel is 5 minutes away from the Logan Express in Framingham. Very convenient for early flights. The hotel room itself was very clean.

Something - I did not know is the price is less tax - I was not expecting the cost to be more. (USA) . The carpark was being sealed so we had to move our vehicle out. (Not warned in advance)Long winded check in with forms.

Location for what we needed was good. Car park was large. The rooms were big and comfortable. the shower was good, water warm and the ease of access made lif easier.

What you see is what you get. It’s a simple room at an affordable price that is conveniently located. No breakfast. No pool. Just a room.

My daughter lives in Natick and when I come to visit her I don’t need anything fancy; just a room that is convenient to her apartment. The Red Roof Inn+ is just that place.
