We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Parking could be better....continental breakfast would have been good.
There was no breakfast, even though one was advertised. Parking was free, which most of the other hotels charge up to $15.....ridiculous. Room was nothing special. No place to park anywhere close to our room. But my request for a ground level room was honored.

The ice machine has been removed and the room is a mess of disconnected wires and pipes. I need ice for my small cooler so this was a problem. The exterior of the hotel is not in good shape. For example, the metal stairs are very rusty. Also, there was no microwave or refrigerator in my room. It seems like this Red Roof Inn is not doing well financially. Too bad because it is a good, safe place to stay.
The pricing is really low off-season and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like the fact that there is a Mexican in-house restaurant so I don't have to search around in a strange city for a place to eat.

Parking was tight, I was on the second floor yet I’m handicapped, the AC filter was very dirty, the hand sink was plugged and there was very little hot water and was woken up by an alarm in the middle of the night that seemingly rang for ever

There was a big issue with the keys. The first room we couldn't get into. The second room, I was fighting the door every time. This was a known problem as the morning staff brought it up. If it weren't for the keys, my stay would have been fine.

Bathroom vanity was very small making it a hassle to use things at the sink. Bathroom was also very small. Couldn't lay the bath mat out horizontally in front of the tub, for example. Wish they would have served a continental breakfast. Coffee service was warm, not hot.
Staff very friendly and eager to assist. Room was very large and everything was clean and in good repair. Parking was available in front of my ground floor room making loading and unloading easy and quick. Access points to the lobby were conveniently located all around the hotel.. Base ray heating worked well and appreciated not having to listen to a fan blowing all night. The in-house Mexican restaurant was very convenient and the food was very good. Appreciated not having to leave the facility for dinner. I will stay here again when I return home.

I did have a few concerns about this place. I didn't realize it was on the crossroads of two highways, and therefore, not in an area where one could get outside and walk around. The traffic was heavy and the area was commercial/industrial, so not a place conducive for walking around. Also, even with the low price, I have gotten used to having coffee in the room. There was coffee 24/7 in the lobby, but I guess I've been spoiled.
The staff was fantastic, the room very clean for the most part, and it was quiet in spite of being at the junction of two highways. The price was very low. I don't always book the lower-priced motels because I worry about why they are so low. But the ratings were consistently good, so I took the chance, and was not disappointed. Overall, it turned out to be quiet and comfortable, and I was glad I stayed there.

Very out of town but we knew this so it was ok. Right next to the speedway so make sure to get rooms out to the back (although the view is better to the front - National Monument)

After we checked into the room, we had to go back to the office and ask for towels due to no towels in the room. Then, we had to make another trip to the front office and ask for tissue paper as there was none in the room. The refrigerator freezer had a package of frozen meat plus ice cream bars. The freezer apparently hadn't been defrosted for some time. Overall, the room needed additional cleaning. The front desk person was very accommodating.

AC took a while to kick in on a 100 degree day. I had to kill three flies in the room. There was dust balls all over the floor. The TV guides and menu/info sheets were laminated but SUPER greasy and disgusting to touch. There were brown smudges on the top cover when we arrived, as if someone with dirty shoes rested there feet on them for some time.
Staff was very friendly!! Rooms were very large.

I got late on the hotel, around 9:30pm and I wanted to buy a bottle of water, there were 2 vending machines, one there was no water, and the other one was broken. And the bar was closed by the time. So I ended it up going to a liquor store.
The beds was ok. It looked pretty clean.
