That our room didn’t smell clean although it looked. And that the top cover and sheet reeked of a very funky musty person. They immediately came, cleaned the room and changed the linen. We only slept on top.

The staff corrected our complaints right away.

- Only 2 pillows - Bedding is thinner compared to other Red Roof Inn locations (less layers too) - Slow bathroom sink drain - Unknown substance/stain on toilet lid upon check-in - TV is complicated to turn on. It’s not a simple press of a button, on/off situation - Room is smaller in size than other Red Roof Inn properties (specifically Red Roof Inn Hot Springs, AK and Red Roof Inn San Antonio - Airport, TX). - A guest left their trash on the stairs at night and it was still there the next day, along with more trash. The “Standard” King Room apparently doesn’t come equipped with a refrigerator or microwave. The current cricket infestation in Louisiana has got us on our toes! We have killed endless crickets in the room, along with a spider and a roach. I wish I could post more photos, but the new format doesn’t allow me to.

Booked for 2 nights in September 2023. It was $113.73 for a “Standard King Room, Non smoking Renovated” including 12.45% tax. + Complimentary parking available on property + Bath tub is quite large + Housekeeping offered services every day

We reserved a 2beds room, but when we got there, no 2bedsrooms were available. They gave us 2 rooms but for 20 dlls more, we accepted because we were tired. Beds are not super comfortable but they are ok. And I know that it is not motel’s fault, but a guest was knocking at our door at 1am like crazy. We were really scared and he realized that he was in the wrong room haha, but we had a bad time. :(

This hotel looked very sketchy as soon as you drove in, it looks like they have people living there permanently. The room was filthy and our sheets had hair and stains , toilet had pee stains , it had an awful smell and was not sanitized. I brought it to the attention of front desk attendant and he came in room with who it looked like to be his wife and a child it looks like they’re the ones running the hotel and cleaning it , he was being argumentative about it and we pointed out that we had just stayed at another Red Roof Inn in Jacksonville,FL and we had a pleasant experience and that this location and room was not ready or clean enough for people to stay. I didn’t feel safe spending the night there so we left within 20 minutes of arrival. This hotel does not have amenities to be rented out to public people

Staff. Stayed two nights, separate bookings but same room. Told me I trashed the room because I stripped the beds when I left. Did not return my security deposit because of this. That tells me they don’t wash the bedding.
