We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the surprise $50 incidental deposit. Although it was refunded, I was not aware of the policy. I felt like I was being rushed when I received a knock at the door at 11:15 am telling me that it was time to check out. I informed the desk that I would be out before noon. The photos on the website were taken with a wide angle lens, which made the room appear larger than it actually was. I paid for a room with upgraded smacks, which consisted of one bag of microwave popcorn, one bottle of Apple and Eve orange juice, one granola bar, and one package of expired mini muffins.
I liked the location of the hotel.

United States of AmericaThe heat, it was 76 degrees in my room and I had to turn the AC on. Normally I wouldn't complain but it was too much even for me. The neighbors in 228 were arguing around 1030pm and again around 230am. And someone knocked on my door twice, scared the crap out of me but I'm pretty sure they were trying to find the people next door. Honestly, had it not been for the people next door I would've given this planned a 10.

United States of AmericaFirst room we were given reeked of old smoke (the property claims to be non-smoking!) We were offered another room. At a prior stay, a housekeeper was smoking while walking through the corridor past the elevator, and the elevator was quite smoky. That same corridor also displays a prominent No smoking sign.
Front desk was quick to give us a different room, which was good, when our first room smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

United States of Americano response to req for use of safe, no iron, and door falling off refridge ever time opened. Maintenance never came re safe refer door or to repair phone wire falling out. only one set of towels, had to catch maid with attitude to get towels for two of us.
price was good, location right off 376 and 22, near restaurants, gas, and mcdonalds for quick breakfast. Did like wake up calls on time. room was clean.

There was a sign on the door saying $100 deposit for the rooms and we didn't have the extra $100. The lady was nice enough to help us by waving it. But there has to be a clear message on ur website booking.com stating this. The first room we went to was occupied with someones stuff in it after we went down to the lobby and got another room it was a great night.

United States of AmericaCigarette and marijuana smoke got sucked into my room via air conditioning from the many smokers whose idea of staying in a nonsmoking room was to stand just outside their door and mine to smoke. Significant late night noise from sketchy clientele who hung out on the walkways and balconies smoking and talking. Hotel was site if a drug related shooting earlier on the year and several residents fit the Central Casting stereotypes for drug traffickers. Didn’t feel safe here.
Pet’s stayed free. Staff was helpful and polite. No noise from adjacent rooms other than plumbing sounds. Good location for accessing everyday necessities on a long stay.

Bathrooms were not clean the beds were like sleeping on broken srings...Things were broken , doors, bathroom doors, Lamps and most of the lights did not work. They were very short staff. I felt really bad for the nice girl that took care of things at front desk when i arrived!!!. She was awsome :)
