Our room was way on the other side of the building. Our room was really dark. One night stand light and 1 light on the wall. The bathroom light was connected to the exhaust fan so you could not keep the light on when sleeping. The flooring was the new wood looking floor but was really dirty. There was no head board on the beds and you were leaning against the wall that was just patched with plaster. It was good enough for the night sleep and a shower but certainly did not have the comforts of home. We opened the curtains to get more light from the parking lot into the room. Very slim pickings for breakfast. Bagel, bread, self make waffle, juice and coffee. Could use some fruit, breakfast sandwich, oatmeal.

The location was under construction where whole sections were closed off. Glad that they are trying to bring the establishment up to code

When we approached the Inn... it looked in really bad shape..I was wondering what did I sign up for. Windows were old paint coming off the walls/siding... I went in and asked if I was at the right address/place... WE drove 6 hours for a show... show time was 2 1/2 hours away. if we had more time, we probably would have looked for another place...They gave us room 401 which was in the back...the back of the building was messy construction / paint buckets all over the place. they should have made us go through the inside of the Inn so we would not have been exposed to this mess. When we opened the door to the room it was nice... had been redone.

The hotel didn't have any type of vending machines and needed change for room tip but office doesn't have cash. They were doing scraping and power washing outside our window early in the am. Very noisy.

The room smelled like fish, I had to open the window to even be able to tolerate it, and it was winter in Vt. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, there was a pop-it toy & some other random things left over from another persons stay. The bathroom was old and unkept. The breakfast was as minimal as you could muster up, toast & cold cereal with a gallon of milk. Half the toaster didn’t work. The television signal wasn’t connecting and when we called the front desk he said he was working on it but it never came back on that we know of. Luckily the kids had iPads. The pool area was older but the kids enjoyed it.

The staff was super nice so I was putting off doing a review but honestly we paid a lot for the room and it just wasn’t up to standard. The pool was fine and the location was convenient to the ski areas

Lots of broken, malfunctioning or stained furniture, fixtures, lights, etc. Poorly maintained rooms. Getting a sheet/blanket for sofa bed took 3 calls. Fireplace broken. Breakfast is minimalistic (cereal, waffles, breads).

The indoor pool was nice to wade into after a day of skiing. Sauna also OK and a treat. Plenty of parking. Great heating even on really cold days! There was a spa tub in our suite, which I wasn't even expecting - was a nice surprise!

Workers began working in the hallway outside my door at 9am and a man was outside the window blowing leaves at 9:30 am for nearly hour. I would rate my stay 8/10 until both of these incidences then I rate it 5/10 due to the disturbance.

We reserved a disability access room and were given an ordinary one. However, there were two problems with that room so ended up with a disability access room anyway. The bathroom door needed rehanging as it didn't close and the place where the shower head hung was almost coming out of the wall. The kindest thing I can say about breakfast is that it was basic. This place needs time and money spent on it.

The bed was comfortable and the lady in reception when we left wrote my comments about what needed repairing in a book so hopefully these will be done.

Although the bed was clean and confortable, the rest of the room and bathroom needed a really good clean. Bathroom in particular old and mouldy. There was an unpleasant smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Breakfast was ok except for other guests who were messy with their food and drinks and this didn't make it a comfortable experience. There was no safety deposit box in the room (promised in the room description). The outer door at the end of the hallway wouldn't lock so anyone could have wandered in. Overall, disappointed, and felt vaguely unsafe

Room was too warm, so we had to run the air conditioner to try to cool it down enough to sleep. Room needed repairs. Cable tv was not working. Hallway rug was filthy looking. It was a lot of money for the general condition of the place.

The property description said it had a customer laundry but we were told it didn’t. There was a problem with their cable service which wasn’t fixed during our stay.

Lady checking us in was kind of snotty, never heard of affirm. Reviews say scrambled eggs, sausage even called to make sure they had these items they said yes. Pool said heated but kind of cold. Need maintenance man alot of things broken down. Needs some updating.

The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, within driving distance to where we had to go.

We stayed in a handicapped room. The room itself was comfortable but the handicapped shower was inadequate because of the lip on the shower floor and placement of the handicapped bars.

Staff were amazing especially the night concierge Guntal (?). Facilities not so much. It was old like the carpets amd furniture and smells old. MOST FACILITIES are broken like laundry room, ice machine, vending machine . The room was clean to look at first but then when you look at the back of the bed and stuff it was all dusty and moldy. Room has microwave and fridge though. Location was near the state faire. Pet friendly BUT has a $25 pet fee. Good for a very short stay.
