Compared to other red roof hotels I have stayed in this one was different. I asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn't offer that. Behind the toilet you could tell it hadn't been cleaned. The toilet itself didn't flush. Upon arrival there is a mandatory $50 deposit that's not mentioned on the booking site. Personally if paying by card there shouldn't be a deposit down because they have your card info. Morning staff was much more welcoming and friendly compared to night shift. There wasn't a tv guide

Next to a Chucky cheese which the kids enjoy. Beds were comfy just wished we could have had an extra pillow.

However I have still not gotten my damage deposit back of 50 dollars and I cleaned the room before I left so I don't understand why that is and that's the only thing I was upset about.

No microwave, no mini-fridge, no coffee... very few amenities. King size bed was extremely uncomfortable, like I was only lying on a foam pad instead of a mattress.

On the night desk clerk was not very friendly on the phone the entire time we were trying to check in when I told him that we needed a handicap room he told me that it doesn't matter we had to have an upstairs room. Even after explaining that I could not do stairs and he could see clearly that I had a boot on my foot..

The maids were very friendly and the manager Tom was a very accommodating helped us move to a lower level floor to accommodate for my handicap.

I’ve stayed at this location several times and every time I stay there is always a problem with getting a late check out or even extend my stay. It’s always the manager that gives me a hard time. I’ve never had an issue until he took over. I’m usually in town to visit my family and after hanging out I just need a few extra mins to check out and the excuse is always they are booked. This last time he stated that he could not extend because they do not have any more rooms but I checked booking and they had availability.

When I arrived, we had to put down $100.00 deposit, and this was never mentioned in the booking. I did get it back when I checked out, but if I hadn't had the money, it would've been bad. There was no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. The lack of cleanliness of the room was dusturbing. There was hair in the sink, and the tub was stained brown. The beds looked wrinkly, and we'd found a hair in both beds, making us doubt the sheets had been changed since the last guest. I wet a wash cloth and swiped it across the floor, and it was brown, so we kept our shoes on while we were walking in our room. They didn't allow refunds, or I would've asked and found another hotel. I would've expected this from a cheap motel, but not for the price we paid that compared to some of the other nicer hotels.

We were on vacation and had been traveling a long way. We were exhausted, and the beds felt comfortable once we were able to rest.

100 cash deposit!!! Ridiculous! We are 62 years old. We don't have pets. The room has no microwave or fridge. Very small. I know anyone can come from another country and buy hotels, that great really! But we do have a code of courtesy in the U.S.. The 100 CASH deposit is a deal breaker!!!!! We won't stay again. Also, plastic bag over fire alarm, I don't know why. See pictures. How safe is that!!!

There was hair all over the tub. There was leftover soap in the bathroom. The molding on the floor was breaking away. The toilet top didn't even match the toilet. When we were there around my sons eyes ended up red and swollen. We believe it was from whatever they use to clean their sheets and blankets. The only plus was the bed was fairly comfortable. The pictures look nice online but the rooms don't really look that good.

In the morning, the maid opened the door without even knocking first. When I told the people at the front desk, they didn't seem to care.

There was nothing in the room but a bed, no coffee maker, no mini fridge, it was extremely basic. There was some rust and staining on the metal surfaces.
