Lighting: Harsh and fluorescent. Air Conditioning: Smelled badly of mold. Loud and difficult to sleep with it turned on. Internet / WiFi: Stopped working after the first night. Cable TV: Stopped working after the first night. Payment: According to info listed on Booking, deposit would be taken from credit card upon arrival. On arrival, we were asked for a deposit of $50 in cash, rather than the deposit being taken via credit card. Staff: Somewhat pushy and rude. Breakfast: None provided but coffee is available in the reception area. Overall experience: Pictures don't match how the property is presented in real life.

We stayed in a ground floor apartment for 2 nights in April. Location: Very convenient location. Close to the River Walk. We were able to catch an Uber and it took around 10 minutes to get there. Bed: Large and comfortable. Nice amount of pillows with various levels of softness. Clean sheets. Bathroom: Toilet and shower are in a separate room, while bathroom sink and mirror are situated in the same area as the kitchenette. Toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and hand wash were provided. Kitchenette: There is a small kitchenette area without any tools for cooking. Parking: Good amount of parking onsite, right outside the apartment door. Fridge: Small fridge in the room, which was useful.

Only 2 towels the lock wasn’t working had to put a chair in front of the door when I checked out they had to check the room before they gave me o deposit back the check in lady was very nice the check out lady was rude advertised breakfast no breakfast

1st room had a roach in the shower and some dead bugs by the door- they switched me to another room that was fine, so no foul there... They maybe could have spaced out the guests a little better- we were woken multiple times by the sound of other guests having sex in the next room, banging the headboard against the wall.

Recently renovated, mostly clean. Decent value.

I don't like the color of the sheets. They're a beige color and it comes across as looking dirty. It looks like it was supposed to be white but it isn't even though it is obviously just an off white color.

I love the full size kitchen fridge/freezer. We brought pizza boxes back to the room and I was happy that the entire box was able to fit in the fridge. I also like the size of the room. It honestly feels large enough to be a studio apartment. I also appreciated the quick and easy check in.

The window needs a curtain, the blinds did not keep the lights from the property out. Room never got dark. Also would have like the hair drier standard in the room. Not have to ask for it.

Room was exceptional considering it was within our budget. But sheets/comforter had what looked like small blood stains. Restroom walls had smeared dead bugs behind door. TV remote was hard to work with. Free breakfast not offered.

The toilet in the first room that was give. To us toilet didn’t flush an over flowed it already had toilet in it ..... the second was better but the I couldn't sleep because I keep hearing banging come from the room next to us like they were moving stuff around an stomping on the floor...an there was not much lighting in the room .....

All of the linens were stained, but clean. The property doesn’t make note of the fact that it is a motel.

AC worked exceptionally. The young lady who works the front counter made the visit much more enjoyable. She was much kinder than what you’d expect out of a property like this. It was well worth the price.
