I didn't like that the elevator was not working.

I think it was a nice place to stay for the money. The breakfast was good. The room was roomy. I love that it had a balcony overlooking the pool. I would stay there again.

The bed was not comfy and the location was further then I had hoped.

The rooms are very spacious! Two best things are the balcony and Fireplace. For $73.00 it was decent. The property just really needs an update, a good coat along paint would go a long ways. If your looking to be close to the main part your not. But there is a shuttle you can take. All in all it was decent for what I paid.

The facility is a bit worn at the edges and could use some remodeling. The breakfast facility feels like an afterthought. It should be expanded and opened to the outdoors.

The location was nice. Attractions downtown were within easy walking distance for 2 active seniors.

The old girl is in need of a makeover. If I remember correctly the last time she had an update was in the mid 2008 to 2010. The room was clean but dated.

The only complaint was that the TV only had like 10 channels, half of which were the news or children’s TV. However, for the price & that being the only downside, i could look past it!

Very clean & comfy! Breakfast had so many options & was delicious + it lasted longer than other places i’ve been. Because i was staying only one night, they upgraded my room with no extra charge! We will be staying here again!

Beds are awful squeeks loudly every twitch.. elevator sticks often.. dog park needs to be poop scooped. Pet deposit was not refunded? She did not damage anything

It is very outdated. The breakfast was OK at best. The parking areas are a bit small. The pet area was not well maintained and was mostly on a sloped hill. The beds were very uncomfortable.

It was close to the shopping area in Gatlinburg and it was pet friendly.

The first room I was shown was in good shape with the toilet did not flush, and I was asked to go to a different floor into a different room, which was not too nice Things were old and needed reworking

Had no idea there was a $20 per pet fee until check in. I looked back at my booking email and it did not state this fee anywhere. There were smears and splatter on the back of the bathroom door. No water pressure. The grass in the dog area needed cut. There were no bags to pick up dog poo so there was dog poo all over the pet area. The lobby smelled horrible like smoke.

It was pet friendly. Free breakfast and not a terribly far walk to downtown l. The bed was comfortable. Seemed like a safe area I didn't feel scared to walk to my car at night.

Facilities seem older. The building and room are due for a remodeling with new equipment and bathroom. Vicinity could've been cleaner. Trashes and debris are seen around the borders of the properties. Bed could've been cleaner. I saw a bedbug at one morning. It could possibly from the extra blanket I requested, which did not look as good.

Room size and hotel location are the two biggest reason I chose this hotel. The size is the largest among hotels I searched in that area. We have family of three plus a big dog. A large room is preferred. The hotel is at a best location to us. It is at the edge of the downtown Gatlinburg. It's convenient to walk to downtown. However it's quiet and does not have the heavy crowd around the building.

We had our dog with us. We were up on the third floor. The pet bathroom spot was very far away, and all it was was one small area of grass. Otherwise, there was nowhere for her to go. Also, the description of our room said we had a fireplace. There was no fireplace.

The location was fantastic. We could walk to everything and avoid finding parking and dealing with traffic. The place was clean, but outdated and dingy.
