A couple of the housekeepers were very very rude and did not do anything they were supposed to or asked of and the one tall black housekeeper was very mean to my service animal as well and one of the front desk lady was rude and was allowing random people to smoke fake weed by the front door as there was kids at the hotel and when something was said she said okay and went on about her business as of talking on the phone not lying attention to the guest as they walked up when she was told about a guy gassing on his vehicle with a lot of smoke coming from it and running people out of the pool she yells I will call police and run everyone off the only front desk people that were very nice and professional would be the general manager echo and a guy that worked nights they actually took care of the guest unlike the other workers im very ashamed of even staying at this hotel and will NEVER allow my children back there until they get it cleaned up

The bed and pillows are very hard and lots of build up on the showerhead. We got a suite with a kitchen so we could cook but there are no pot, pan, or utensils at all. May as well just got a regular room.

Probably was a great surprise look when originally done but beginning to show its wear. (See pictures) water stains on ceiling, rusted bathroom vent, edging in bathroom held on with masking tape etc. would have been nice to offer breakfast! A 32” TV seems a bit Cheesy

No breakfast what kind of hotel doesn’t have a breakfast bar and the next morning the cleaning lady was banging on the door and didn’t give us a chance to answer she bust in way before check out time while we were asleep to see when we were leaving. Like we know what time check out is & when to leave we don’t need reminders

The comforter had stains on it as well as the curtains, the room smelled unclean as if the carpet was previously wet. The pillows were small and uncomfortable

The broken snack machines and the only I’ve machine work on the 4th floor and the 2nd floor I’ve machine roof was flooded and a whole part of the ceiling broke It was horrible and the hallway was hot it was a crazy but neat experience but I give it a 8.5

Only thing was the shower head, it's too high up. The shower head in both rooms were placed in the ceiling so by the time the water his you It feels more like a trickle which makes it kind of hard to get shampoo and or soap off of oneself.

It was very reasonably priced and we were given connecting rooms which was great.

Room small. No microwave or refrigerator Had spider webs on light fixtures. Saw 2 spiders and a roach in bathroom during night.

I completely understand that the area is humid - that's fine; everyone has to deal with it. However, there was a musty/mildew smell and feel in every inch of the hotel - especially in the room. The air conditioner was running at full blast, which by definition, should have eliminated the problem/odor - this leads me to believe that either the filter in the a/c had either seldom (if ever) have been replaced. Since it was night and nearing the end of October, the heat wasn't so much of a problem anymore, so we just switched it off. The situation didn't improve, but it didn't get worse. Our cats fur still smelled of the room two days later.

I liked the simplicity and convenience factors; the price was very reasonable considering the standards being applied and the location (middle of nowhere). The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower arrangements were convenient.
