Shortage of towels, Bed was thin mattress. no coffee pot in room or in Lobby. No breakfast available.

Easy to find and access., Staff were great and worked to get us in a downstairs room that was clean.

Shower head was squirting water from behind no toilet paper housekeeper took towels and never brought me clean towels back heavy blanket had a funky smell to a stain that was on it that looked yellowish reddish no trash can in room and no remote to tv in room i asked housekeeping for one and got told i would get one but never did. Didn't get the room i had asked for baseboards were missing on a corner next to restroom and smoke alarm was sitting on table with battery next to it and housekeeping said all rooms don't have smoke detectors connected

We were tired when we made it to check in, and so we checked in early, carrying all our bags to get to our room that was locked and couldn't be open by our key and not opened by a master key. I will say the maintenance man was really apologetic to us and said he'd put us in another room. The room he took us to wasn't far off, but it hadn't been cleaned yet, so he radioed housekeeping to come immediately, and my boyfriend helped him clean and make the bed so we could rest. Then we went to the restroom and found no towels there, no soap, and the back of the toilet was off because it needed repairing. We found the maintenance man again, and he came right in and apologized again. So there were bumps after bumps, but the maintenance man did help make things right. Also if people stay there with their dog it would be nice if they were on a leash, as soon as we were exiting our car, a big dog ran up to me while I was trying to exit, and I'm afraid of dogs, and the lady had to run over to get it, and my bf said it's just a baby, but you can't take chances on if one bites or not!

Nice staff, liked the room size! The prices were not bad, and location! If you have pets, I saw some people with dogs there, just please have your dog on a leash! I also saw a cat, so they are accommodating.

The floors were dirty. The sheets had stains and made you want to sleep on the bedspread. The phones in the room were not working. Bad wiring. Old TVs and microwaves. Unable to lower the room temperature.

The size of the rooms is nice with wood flooring. Allowed up to 2 pets.

No 2nd trash can, no coffee maker and people right above us for 3 nights and morning was banging really loud late at night and really early in the morning

There were an occasional roach that ran across the floor. They had no tissues only toilet paper. The TV remote would only work within a couple of feet of the TV so let having to get up to change it

The location was perfect to get me to work safely during a winter storm in our area. The beds were comfortable.

The small fridge was broken, not cold and had wires showing.the remote was also broken and didn't work. Wifi was excessively slow. Let's not forget the roaches. Saw and killed several roaches. Also the main big mirror light didn't work so couldn't get ready in front the mirror

Heather wasn’t working like it should have been. Bathroom floors could have been cleaner. Mirror in bathroom area was dirty. No coffee pot in room.

It is very tired. The fixtures were broken, uneven and failing. Rain came through a hole in the ceiling. The floor felt tacky even if it appeared visibly clean. The main door had a large gap above it, so noise was even worse than expected. On checking out the reception was closed so we couldn’t tell them the issues
