The door to our room didn't shut completely unless you pulled it closed. I requested a king suite next to the dog area, but they placed me kind of far away, at the farthest room from the dog area. I ended up taking a double queen room because it was next to the dog area as I requested. We never got hot water, only warm when we went to shower. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was great. The pet area is clean and poop bags are provided. The beds are comfortable. The location is super convenient, right next to the 5 Fwy.

There were guests who opened and closed their door many times around 2-3 in the morning. Not once or twice, but a lot. This is not the fault of the property or the staff but, it woke me up and kept me awake until they finished

Breakfast buffet was not stocked the last 30 minutes of breakfast. Mini fridge was half empty and milk carafe was empty. No milk in small, single serve containers.

Sleeper sofa was convenient for our boys 5 and 9 years old.

The bed was hard as a rock, and so was the sofa. Couldn't figure out how to use the TV, and instructions were almost nonexistent. The shower head was not adjustable. The pillows were awful and provided almost no support. Horrible breakfast!

When I was checking in and I was paying for my stay the front desk associate couldn’t take cash because there was no manager to access the drawer. Which I found ridiculous since I like to pay in cash when I travel from saving up and because it’s legal tender. So I had to use my debit card to pay for the hotel and now have to stop at the bank to replenish those funds. Also, although it’s dog friendly, there is no designated area for your dog to relieve itself. I had to walk across the street of the hotel in the night with hardly any light. Not safe at all.

I will not that the hotel is fairly clean but probably wouldn’t stay again with unfriendly staff and not entirely dog friendly with not area for designated dog relief area

No housekeeping services over 3 nights we were there, and nobody told us. Carpets in rooms were old, looked dirty. Most hotels have a dresser with drawers to unpack and there were only 2 drawers in a bench which were insufficient for 2 queen room. Breakfast consisted of a lot of old food including breads and poorly cooked hot food. It was not replenished regularly for the volume of people.

Good location, off 5 freeway. Rooms were spacious. Price was very good.

Didn't like the cleaning staff supervisor cursing in her work area where I could hear very clearly, waiting for the elevator. Breakfast foods not stocked. Only one elevator for guests and staff to share.

Stayed for 8 days with no room turn over and had to ask for fresh towels mid week. Longer stays should be cared for better

The air-conditioner/ heater was quite loud, but it didn't delay my sleep any more than a few minutes. Also the hot tub was out of order and I had been looking forward to using it.

Clean large room with 2 seating areas, microwave, and fridge. I personally liked the fact that they only had room service every other day because I'm the sort of person that usually leaves the "Do Not Disturb" sign on their door anyways.

It was quite noisy at night as my room had the windows facing the freeway. I didn’t sleep much. The breakfast offerings were quite limited this time. Only two cereals available and only white bread for toast.

The spa/jacuzzi, the main thing I look forward to, was not working. I would not have booked there if I knew that.
