That a staff member called my room after 10pm and argued with me that I called them about an issue which I had not because we were asleep. I eventually hung up on her because she was rude.

We liked having the ocean view balcony. And the location was good.

The shelves in the bathroom where towels were stored were visibly dusty. There were signs of poor maintenance like paint worn off the bathroom door and the caulking looked like an amateur did it.

This was our third time staying here. We come back because we like it. The rooms are quite spacious. All rooms face the Gulf. The beds are very comfortable. The location on the west side of Seawall Blvd. which is relatively quiet. Love that you have a microwave and fridge and coffee maker.

My VIEW 😞 i paid for ocean view and got the ugliest view. I didn’t say anything to the clerk or asked to move rooms because we were very tired from the drive and didn’t want to complain. But I would’ve loved to wake up and have my coffee with the sunrise outside my window

The only thing I didn't like, it would have been nice to have a small table on the balcony. There was only 2 chairs. I had no place to set my phone, drink or my wife's book

The customer service at front desk on the evening of Tuesday, April 9th was horrible. I have never been spoken to so rudely. We went out & returned to our room early afternoon. The key card would not open the door. Went to the front desk & was told our room was reserved for someone else that night. I paid for 2 nights but here we were locked out of the room with all our belongings inside. The problem was immediately resolved but with no explanation of the situation.

I loved the breakfast buffet. The hotel & rooms were amazing. Comfy beds.

There was only one elevator for the entire property

The hotel is right on the beach which made our beach trips very easy The breakfast provided was plentiful and tasty

Some of the breakfast was not as good as expected. The bed was not quite as comfortable as we would have liked and the couch was old and squeaky, but otherwise, everything else was wonderful! Those things were just small inconveniences. We would definitely go again.

Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the balcony and Gulf View. We enjoyed the location, out of the more populous area of Galveston. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Jimmy's On the Pier, just a couple blocks away.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and nice, and the parking was easily available close to the entrance doors for no additional charge. The breakfast selections were presented well and tasted good.
