Some of the amenities (game room, theatre and gym) that were listed were only available during normal working hours (9-5) which is not convenient for a weekend stay. The water pressure in the shower in one of our rooms was not good at all and there was no where to place shower stuff like a caddy to hold shampoo and conditioners. Also we noted on our reservation we would have 4 staying in one room and only 3 towels were left in the room.

It was convenient to downtown and the rooms were clean. The staff was very responsive and super helpful. Great value.

Hard to gain initial entry. Numerous guests had similar issues that we witnessed. Initial apartment had several areas of damage and was uninhabitable. Second apartment was not clean but by this point I had already called the host 4 times to report issues and had given up.

there’s a 300 buck deposit and they hold it for a couple days after check out….with a 70 buck cleaning fee etc….yea it’s kinda annoying when places show a price and then the final price of the situation is far from where it started. but I had a beautiful view, room etc

The bathroom was unsafe and decayed. Only 3 towels for 4 adults. No rack to dry them on. In living room, the floor lamp had a dead bulb. In bedroom, the bedside lamp had electrical issue making it very unsafe to use. The sofa bed was totally worn out, mattress had unpadded areas. The floor was dirty. It took us 50 mn to get in the unit, which was a great time because it took other renters (3 different couples) 1h30 mn !!! And no one to turn to on the phone or text !

Holes in the walls, no shades in the living room, shower curtain was too short so water got everywhere. Temperature was hard to control, company didn't respond when we reached out via text and messaging thru booking.com

Valet had no customer service bone in his body, the room had multiple holes in the dry wall, the trash wasn't taken out, jewelry and other knick knacks were found, long white hair and black hair were in my bed and towels. It seems like this is a cash grab and bare minimum housekeeping is done as there was still finger grease on the door as well. Oh btw, please unclog the sink, you have one too many hairballs down the drain as it took at least a min to empty out. I'll be staying at a Marriot the next time I'm in town.

I liked that the door had a lock box which I could get the key at my convienence.

Pool wasn’t open. So many numbers to remember to get everywhere. Valet was annoying to deal with.

The apartment need some repairs. The glass from a window was scratched, one of the bedrooms had a hole in the wall, etc. We take photos to prove that all this damage was there before our stay. This was our second time staying at those apartments, but they're not "luxurious " any more. It feels the apartments are neglected. But maybe is just a consequence covid/economy situation. Otherwise, the apartment is amazing, well decorated and with everything you will need.

The location es great, youre a walking distance for everything at downtown dallas. Just a few block away from the art district or from the Perot Museum. We didn't used the car at all.

The photos were not the same as the apartment I recieved. The floors were so scuffed I thought they were just dirty. The lamps in the room did not work. I called for maintenance and they said they would come up and they never came. Not one day. The bathroom shower had no hooks to place dry towels or soaps so basically it had to sit on the floor which is unsanitary. The floor of the shower was also dirty. There was a broken knob or hook in the bedroom closet and I had no idea where it went. The couch had stains all on it.

The view was very nice especially at night when the reunion tower was lit. The kitchen and refrigerator was clean and nice. The TV did have a lot of variety also. Bed was hard but clean.

I was chased by a homeless man at the back entrance of the apartment building. The lockbox outside of the hotel has a cage around it making it hard to enter the code , but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

How spacious the apartment was. It was very close to all the downtown hot spots. Beautiful apartment. The bathroom shower was sooooooo cute!
