Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was very tiny and tight, hard to get to the tub with the door and toilet (to bathe a toddler especially). Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was way overpriced, stick to the cafe in the lobby with Joffrey’s coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches. It was pricey but the food was actually good. Buffet upstairs left A LOT to be desired and at crazy prices (esp. what they charge for kids). Staff was okay. Not rude, not friendly though either. Like everyone was always having a stressful day and needed to just get through it as fast as they could. Pool was a bit too cold.
Location to Disney Springs was incredible, and the lobby of the hotel was spacious and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, they actually provided extra pillows on request (and I travel for business abs make that request a lot and it never gets fulfilled, but Wyndham had them waiting for us in the room upon arrival!). The pool setup was really nice (but the water wasn’t quite warm yet in April and we all had to get in the hot tub to warm up to be able to make it back to our room, we were so cold even out of the water (and it was 80 degrees outside at 5pm…). View from the room was the absolute highlight. We could watch the fireworks show at Epcot every night, and even see other fireworks in the distance. We had a few of Disney Springs, but also could see Hollywood Studios in the distance. Watching the fireworks from our room each night was truly magical!!

United States of AmericaCarpets were dirty in all areas, quite surprising for a Disney resort, and the sales people were all over your face trying to sell some experiences. There was some confusion about what they were offering and when I rejected their offer, they got upset, rolled their eyes and disregarded me and my additional questions about the area.
Wonderful location. Staff was very friendly and help with parking was wonderful. Front desk people were also very friendly as well.

United States of AmericaThe shower curtain did not keep all the water in the shower and the floor got soaked anytime we took a shower. The hot tub was disgusting and people were letting their kids run and jump around in and out of it unsupervised. The staff had used a little too much 'sales pressure' with the coupons and whatever else they were trying to talk us into. We were only there for one night and already had a set itinerary.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the 'full-size' mini fridge. The location is within easy walking distance of Disney Springs. The pool was nice (except for the hot tub). Check-in and check-out were easy.

United KingdomAfter 24 hours travelling arriving at 11pm, I did not enjoy the attempt to get me to go looking at a timeshare development upon check in. Thankfully the stay was excellent, but this did worry us when we first got there as to what we had checked into.
Great place to stay, right next to Disney Springs. Free buses are awesome, on time and regular. Rooms are good. Restaurant, Cafe and Bar all convenient and well stocked. Pool was really nice. A really nice stay at a great hotel conveniently situated 10 mins walk from Disney Springs. Fab.

United States of AmericaDidn’t like there wasn’t a microwave in room as most hotels have them these days. Couldn’t warm our leftovers up. The restaurants automatically include 18% gratuity on the bill…I don’t remember seeing that anywhere. That is fine but I feel it shouldn’t be forced on the bill, I have never seen that in all the resorts I have stayed. That should be the customers choice to leave whatever gratuity they feel is earned.
Very clean property and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room fresh everyday! The pool was amazing and great for keeping kids busy and happy with additional water features. Loved the 5 minute walk to Disney Springs, very easy!

United States of AmericaA/c is old and was not cooling enough and noisy. Rooms were very small. Bathroom was tiny no room to move around. NO BALCONY 🙁. The tower is like 19 floors tall.
Everything is perfect. They have a shuttle to the parks going and back. Near disney springs all awesome stores. And location is nice. Excellent Housekeeping. Super clean and nice details. Main tower is the best to stay, recommend you to stay in main tower. Pool is pretty and useful. Garden grounds and hotel entrance were stunning.

United States of AmericaLike all of Disney, the prices for food, especially at the convenience store and coffee shop in the lobby were ridiculous. Expect to pay over $75 for coffee and pastries for a family of four. The restaurant by the pool was a little more reasonable. Bring snacks and drinks to have in the fridge in your room if you want to stick to your budget.
The room was adequate for our family of four and being walkable to Disney Springs was nice. I was worried it would be difficult to get the bus to the parks each day at the time we wanted, but there were no problems. Since we did not rent a car, this offering was a big reason we chose the hotel. We didn't expect to spend much time at the hotel itself, but the lobby and pool area, including the hot tub, were surprisingly nice. The front desk staff, day and night, were very nice.

SingaporeWe love the view from the room, the hotel faced the Disney Spring Town, not the Disneyland. You can see fireworks from far. There is also complimentary shuttle bus that brings the guest to the Disney theme park. We walked to Disney Spring town every night and bought delicious pizza back to eat in the room.
