Parking pass and pool bracelets were an additional $40. Bring your own beach towels, extra toilet paper, tissues, and dishwasher pods.

Plenty of space for our family of 5. Nicely furnished and decorated. Located on the side of the building--quieter than poolside and still great ocean and sunset view. Ample cookware and kitchen amenities. On the quiet side of town away from all the spring break craziness. Many great restaurants and groceries close by but Bikini Bob's Tiki Bar at the pool had VERY reasonable prices for food and drinks too.

Only complaint - if any we had to do a little cleaning ourselves when we arrived. It was not to our standards but there was a condo full of OCD people. Shower floors needed cleaning, condo floors needed a good cleaning and the dust on the vent in master bath was terrible like had not been wiped down in months. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The air conditioner compressor was stationed in the room with two queens. It sounds a bit like a muffled freight train when the AC is running. We turned off the AC at night so the person in that room could sleep. We didn't email the owner...it wasn't that big of a deal, some AC's are just loud, but good to know if you are a light sleeper.

The owners kept us posted on checking in/out, emailed me tips on restaurants and activities, and were fast to respond to any questions. The condo was clean and just as it was pictured in the photos. Checking in was effortless. There were tons of carts to load up and haul your gear to the condo. The condo was really nicely equipped with everything we needed to cook with and beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. Located next to elevator so super convenient.

Beach lounges were rentals. I feel like the Towers should have provided these free of charge to thier guest but we made do with beach blankets

Regency Towers especially our Condo was exceptional. The owners have taken great strides to ensure our family mini vacation was perfect and they didn't miss an opportunity. From easy arrival and check in till we had to checkout everything was spot on. Our particular unit was 1001 and from the comfortably side it was a 10+. Open concept, tastefully decorated, clean bright and welcoming, it was all perfect. You have easy access to the pools (Yes 2!)to the beach and even a tiki bar for food and drinks which was awesome and very affordable.It is most definitely my choice of stay for future visits.

The front desk staff and the security are not very nice people.

Awesome views. Clean and comfortable condo. It was very quiet for how many people were in the building. The decor was cute too!

The security staff had a couple rude ones- one even took umbrellas from the pool around 3:30p- @ peak temps- even though the weather was calm & sunny- no winds expected. Seemed somewhat lazy to me, as they wanted to do it sooner rather than coming back at sundown. Several owners were bothered by this.

We loved the cleanliness of the entire property! Not only was our condo clean but the pools as well! I’m a stickler for cleanliness- this exceeded my expectations.

It was a very nice condo, it felt just like home. It has everything you need. Average it was clean but maybe at least once a month it needs a deep clean. Other than that it was amazing. Very nice view, to the beach and the city. Kitchen was loaded with everything you need.

My only criticism of the condo property is the annoying music played during the day directed toward both adult pools (which were in either side of a bar and restaurant hut), it would have been so much more relaxing to merely enjoy the sounds of the beach, at least they could limit the music toward just one of the pool areas, or at least soften the blaring volume.

The condo was newly and stylishly renovated, remarkably comfortable as well, stunning view from the large balcony, a short walk to an array of restaurants, 3 pools on the property (children’s pool, heated pool, cool pool) as well as a hot tub, each of the adult pools was sizable and excellent for laps or relaxing, of course directly on the beach

No toilet paper, no garbage bags, had a hard time checking in at front desk, no indoor pool it was cold, first floor elevator was down and I’m pregnant with 3 kids it was hard to walk up steps with groceries, price was too much for the quality of the stay
