Can’t think of anything bad at all.

The room was very clean and everything looked new. You can park right in front of your room, lots of space and looked safe. Bed was comfy. WiFi was fast. Big TV was very nice. Room was quiet. The manager was very friendly and nice. Would probably want to stay here again on my next road trip.

Location is great for the airport. we left before breakfast. The rpoom was so nice and it was wonderful to have a good sized refridgerator and kitchen.

The owner was so helpful and accommodating. The motel is small and unpretentious on the outside, but the rooms are newly renovated and very clean, with lots of room. It is very quiet and in a great location, as well as being priced very reasonably. It’s a great place to stay in Medford.

We could have stayed longer! This room was fantastic.

I would urge everyone to not judge a book by its cover! This place was fantastic. The neighborhood looks old, but the room and office facilities are top notch. We enjoyed our stay - even though it was only one night - and will be back as soon as we can book another trip to / through Medford. We stayed in several areas and in several different hotel chains during this recent trip, and this was by far the best. Kudos to the management!

On the outside it's an old Motel but don't let that discourage you from staying there.

The room was upscale with a full kitchen and a very nice bathroom. New beds and plenty of outlets to plug in all my gear. everything seemed brand new. The parking lot was brightly lit so I could see my motorcycle. This place is a bargain.

If you decide to use the kitchen you will find pots & pans and dishes, but no cutlery. There is only one chair in the room. I did not see an ice machine.

The room was spotlessly clean and bright. All of the kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, and bedroom furniture appeared brand new. The king bed was very comfortable with quality linens, and the WIFI was great. This is the best budget motel that I have ever used.

I didn't need them but there were pots and pans, and a couple plates and cups. However, I did need a knife and fork but there were no kitchen or eating utensils; I left early in the morning and was afraid they would think I stole them since it seems so basic to provide. There were also some grocery bags left in the cabinets and crumbs in the drawer below the stove......otherwise it was very clean.

The newly refurbished room was very nice overall. Comfortable bed. Easy to use heating system. Nice shower and bathroom amenities. Very nice to a have a small refrigerator, and although I didn't use it this stay--a stove. With minor exceptions it was very clean.

When my wife walked in the room, was sooooo happy to see a CLEAN ROOM!!! The floors were clean!! The tables and counters were clean!! The beds were so comfortable!! Extra pillows!! Bathroom was great!! We will be having more Dr appts in Medford. We will be going back to this Motel!!!!!

This is a modest motel but the rooms are freshly renovated, spacious, and comfortable. The sound insulation is good so it's very quiet, there's a full kitchen, and the shower is brand new and lovely.

Often I check into hotels with a "Newly Renovated" sign out front only to be disappointed to find the changes were pretty superficial. But not here... as while the exterior is somewhat unassuming the interior has been renovated top to bottom. Excellent show stall and bathroom, the stove / sink combo works really well, and the new floor is great. Everything new and super clean. Room size excellent as well. Highly recommend as a value option in Medford.

Wind rattled through the AC/Heating unit during the night. Not sure why, but made it sound like a ferocious storm was happening, when in reality, was only raining off and on with some wind. Did not use the internet, so can't comment on that.

Great place to stay. Newly remodeled room. Can't say about the room we were supposed to be in as we were upgraded to a King mini suite. Very clean, very new. Loved the shower, bed and pillows. Ended up with a stove and pots and a pan. Didn't use them, but the larger size fridge and the extra counter space were a nice bonus. I'd stay here again. Front desk folks very nice.

The location is not easy to find and not a nice walkable neighborhood. There are no other services around the location.

I appreciated the staff person we worked with. He offered us two room choices and made sure we were comfortable. We liked how clean the room and bed were. We were very comfortable in the room.
