We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI haven't stayed here since the new rules were put in place. They now charge for parking. Like many other businesses, they are now taking every opportunity to milk their customers. I believe the parking lot belongs to Renaissance so what gives with the parking fee? AND...fix the frickin elevators! This is the 3rd time I've stayed there and had one be out of service. Love the employees, hate the Corporation. It is not worth the price the charge. I'll stay elsewhere.

United KingdomA bell hop, Annalise was kind enough to arrange something to move the luggage in the morning when we checked out. Walls quite thin, could hear people in the next room!
Breakfast was satisfactory and staff were willing to help e.g omelettes made fresh. There was a minimal hit buffet, cold meats, fruits etc. All very fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating in particular Annalise, very lovely lady.

I liked the location and the area was quiet. The hotel and the room was clean and the customer service was great. Kendra at the front desk was very helpful - she was pleasant and very welcoming.

United States of AmericaThe one downside to this otherwise excellent establishment is its location. There is nothing interesting in the area that I noticed. Just be prepared to spend a little extra time traveling to and from your destinations.
I got impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The housekeeping staff put in great effort to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. The furnishings were up to par, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day travelling. The hotel staff also deserves commendation for their professionalism and friendliness. They were always willing to help, be it with recommendations or addressing any concerns. In conclusion, if you're looking for a comfortable stay and excellent service, this is a great choice.

I really like everything about my stay. The check-in staff is friendly, helpful, and fast. The lobby itself already impressed me with its beautiful aesthetic and warm vibe. The room was a good size. I appreciate the spacious shower and the comfortable bed. I have a sensitive nose so if a room smell musky I would detect it right away - our room is musk-free, it smells clean and the temperature is just right. We did not use the amenities and sleep (so well!) past the breakfast time lol so I do not have any review on that.

United States of Americawas outstanding. The only thing we did not like was the pool water we were told was heated and it was freezing. So we were not able to go into the pool..
We were pleasantly happy with the service and the food at the breakfast. The location for us was perfect. We had been there last year and again this year both times for family weddings. We are very familiar with plantation. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the service was outstanding.

United States of AmericaWhen I make the booking that I choose for 2 beds and it was confirmed by booking .com, but when I check in the hotel, they can't found my booking even I show all of the details from the booking.com's confirmation letter, she asked me to contact the booking.com and it is 11Pm, after I called booking.com and got another confirmation number then the front desk found it, she told me that my last name and first name was reversed , I don't believe it, if it is true, she should know better than that, took almost 1 hour to check in, and then she told me only 1 bed is available , I told her that is confirm for 2 beds when I make the booking and I paid higher rate for that, no luck and I had 1 king bed plus they offer a roller bed, but that roller bed is not sleepable, it was a very bad experience with this hotel.

United States of AmericaWhen we first got there our room had ants and only one towel. I complained to management and they went above and beyond to correct the problem. I truly appreciated that. Housekeeping was exceptional! I did however feel uncomfortable with all employees still wearing a mask and signs everywhere to stay 6 ft apart. I hope to see smiling faces next time I stay there.
Breakfast was very good, but would have liked a little more variety every day.
