Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff- bar staff were rude especially the young lady that greeted us when we sat down at the bar. Room was not great for $180 a night. Room had weird smell. The remote didn’t fully work but by the time we got back from dinner we were over calling guest service. The lighting in the bathroom is not enough especially women doing their makeup. Desk had stains under the glass. The carpets coming out of elevators are stained and again there was a smell. Parking is VERY difficult but valet helped.
The location was wonderful. Down the road from some good restaurants. Valet staff and Starbucks staff were amazing but that’s where the positives for the staff end.

The parking situation was horrible! Please remedy this issue!
The breakfast buffet was as expected, the staff there was PHENOMENAL. The food never ran out and they went out of their way to help you with your needs. The parking situation IS VERY confusing. We drove in and needed a way to bring our bags inside, there is no elevator or lift. You must bring items up escalators! The hotel is beautiful DOWNSTAIRS AND IN THE HALLWAYS, inside the rooms ? They are needing to refurbish! VERY VERY Outdated!

The first room I was given the TV would not turn on, and there was also a large cockroach crawling on the desk. When I requested to change rooms the hotel staff was very accommodating.
The second room I was placed in was nice, staff were very helpful and accommodating when I requested to change rooms.

The only issue I had was the lack of communication between the valet and front desk. When I went down to catch a shuttle, the front desk wasn't aware that the shuttle was out of service. It caused inconvenience because most of the places we wanted to go were within the mile range that the shuttle could go.
The rooms were big and clean. The cookies at the front desk were the bomb. The staff was friendly and professional.

J was in a wheel chair. There was no wheel chair access from parking to lobby. Then the escalator was not working. I had to check out early due to that fact

Front desk More patience, smile 😊 and when we chick in Give the information what we need .. for example I don’t know we have to have the breakfast cupón ., they ask for and we don’t know .. but we learn something!! Delicious I love the food 🥘
