Carpets a bit dated and worn, but it was clean and tidy.

The room was a decent size, with a spacious bathroom. The elevator system worked well, once we got used to it! Great Midtown location.

The bed was too soft itself but was also covered with an additional soft mattress. The shower was leaking. I'd be great to get two water bottles for the room instead of one.

The staff was very welcoming, and check-in was smooth. Location is very central and close to main public transport locations and sightseeing .

In-room dinning was so so (had the same experience with breakfast during a previous stay).

Two blocks from Penn Station. Super convenient when travelling by train. Very comfortable bed. Good water-pressure, good Aveda soaps, nice bathroom design. Well-equipped (fridge, kettle, etc.) Stunning views.

Beautiful property. Only disappointment was I paid for a high level with a better view but when I went into my friends non-upgraded room it was larger and had an amazing view. Won’t waste that money again.

Noise from the street, but that can't be helped.

All was well. The one issue I had was promptly handled as best they could. I came back to my room and smelled smoke i.e. cigarettes. I don't smoke. Phoned the Guest Services and in all a room above or below was smoking and I was not the only one to complain. They did offer another room.

The only thing I didn't like was the cold water for showering in the morning.

The room met all expectations for our quick trip. The room is very cozy, with space for the husband to put his suitcase. The location was perfect for our schedule. Close to the metro and main points of the city.

The reception on the sixth floor was unusual. The lobby was crowded when I arrived. Mid-town has its disadvantages if mass tourism isn't the objective.

The room was comfortable and having Netflix on the TV helped the evening relaxation. The mid-town location has its advantages for tourist sites. Staff were helpful.

I booked a car to collect my party from Newark airport with hotel via Booking.com - no car arrived and no record of request despite email confirmation from Booking.com Hot water didn’t work for two successive days. Loud music outside entrance to hotel not pleasant experience. Lifts are very problematic. Lobby Bar closes at 12pm sharp for residents - very poor for quality hotel.
