We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaNo shuttle service or Starbucks products as advertised. Also many children running around unsupervised. Food from the cafe was served raw in the middle, twice. Monte Cristo was inedible, dripping with oil. Generally understaffed.
Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. Beds are comfortable and Aveda products were a plus.

This hotel is a 4 stars hotel they need to do something about it instead of depriving us of the food. This hotel is expensive we expect above average service. The manager didn't addressed the issue.

I believe it would've been included in the room cost, or significantly discounted, but I was in a hurry at that point and didn't want to go back into the hotel.
Hotel seemed to be fairly new. If not, it is VERY well kept.
